Great customer service. Great price. All material arrived on schedule in good condition. The CO2 split system is very impressive for water heating. Worked out well for my application.

Great sales support
Dave, my sales rep, was extremely knowledgeable about the product I needed and quickly got back to me with info. The product I needed was back ordered but he was able to get the manufacturer to juggle some things to get what I needed shipped next day. He definitely went above and beyond on top of having the best price on the internet.

Good price, fast shipping and excellent communications.
Very happy with the purchase of 240V Electric Boiler. The price was good and the fast shipping exceeded my expectations. Excellent communications during shipping. Will definitely look to Plumbestore for future purchases.

Customer service
My original order was damaged in shipping. I informed Plumbestore and sent photos and the damage. They sent me a return label and refunded me. Within a week they sent me my item via a shipping company that got it to me in pristine condition. So I believe that their customer service is pretty good.
