Great service from Richard. Agreed a competitive price to replace my boiler on Thursday morning, had the boiler fitted in by the Friday! Considering this was the Easter bank holiday, I was very happy that he was still able to do it as my heating was not working and no one was available to sort out the boiler asap.

We needed a small job doing. I have been phoning round to get someone here with no luck.Saw an advert for this company rang this morning within 2.5 hours this guy arrived disconnected the gas cooker and capped of pipe.Could not he more pleased and we will use this company again.10 stars from us and really reasonable price

Good service with great Communications. They have courteous and honest staff. They even showed me video evidence of what they did to cure the issue, and proof that it was sorted out. Not the cheapest but Very professional, I would use again and recommend to others etc...

I was kept informed regarding time of arrival. The plumber Richard came with his apprentice Josh who carried out the work under Richards supervision. Josh clearly knew what he was doing and just needed a little guidance. Everything was completed to the expected standard and I can recommend the company to anyone looking for a plumber

Came promptly as arranged. Diagnosed fault accurately. After discussion decided to replace boiler.
Old boiler removed & new boiler fitted on same day. The work was efficiently completed without mess and trauma.
Accurate costings which I paid forthwith.
Richard and Josh polite and very pleasant.

I was having an issue with my boiler. My boiler lost flame for a few times so i needed to have it checked out. The guy called Rich came to look at it. And to look at it was all he did. He checked if hot water was running and after 15 minutes chat I was told there is nothing wrong with my boiler so there is nothing to be fixed and for that i was charged £119 !!!!!

I don't think i would call this company again for help.
Not sure how come they can charge £119 cash or if you want to pay by card it would cost £119+VAT to me it can't be both. It should be either VAT registered or not, not both ways.

What a waste of time and money. I think for overpriced service my boiler at least was supposed to be stripped off and checked properly.
Would you honestly charged someone a full price if you haven't done any work at all???

Next morning my boiler had no flame again.
Called Rich hoping he would be willing to come back and fix my boiler. No no Rich was more interested to made me change my review and all he was bothered was his 5star review.
He was trying to made me feel guilty but i dont think its right to took a lots of money and i end up with broken boiler anyway.
Rich didn't try to solve the issue at all.
There are small companies who needs support nd when you use them all they want is your money and not to put things right.
Definitely not changing my review to 5star.

This is the first time I have used Plumbgas365 Richard and Josh came to my rescue and were very helpful.
The pricing was clear and communication was good
Richard found a very simple solution to what I had previously been told would be a complicated issue and saved me a lot of money . I was very satisfied .

We called out PlumGas365 over Christmas as our boiler broke down I have left another review on that, but we needed to replace our boiler in the long term.
We asked Richard and some other plumbers for a quote and the one from PlumGas365 was very competitive having had a positive experience over Christmas we decided to stay with them
The Initial plan was replace our old boiler like for like but on inspection by Richard on the day of installation he made us aware that we could have a Combi boiler installed as the pipes where all ready in place so last minute we changed our minds
The installation went well and without issue after completion Richard took time to guide us through the use of the new boiler and thermostat and also called the following day to confirm that every thing was ok and we where happy
We are looking forward to having him back to install a new shower which proudly says it all from the question would you recommend this company YES!!😃👍
