Couldnât recommend Richard and his team highly enough. Not only did they do the job quickly, they did it efficiently; showing me what they were going to do, step by step, and also offered some guidance where needed. All the above, and they were easily the best in terms of prices. A win-win. Highly recommendable.

Hi Sandra & Husband.
Thanks for your review.
Firstly weâd like to clarify some facts.
On a weekday (Friday) we were booked by (Sandra) to remove and cap a radiator, this is the job which you had booked us to complete.
The weekday hourly rate charge was approximately £79.00 excluding materials required, as you were aware & also as youâve stated the job was âquick & goodâ.
As part of this process to remove a radiator and cap a pipe, the system is drained & refilled with air being removed from radiators to ensure subsequently they heat up correctly when heating is required.
What you are suggesting is incorrect in terms of what is the right process to capping a radiator or how to do pipework when capping a radiator.
PlumbGas365 completed the work to which you had booked us in for quickly & to a good standard.
Baring in mind, the job was completed on Friday, with customary questions asked regarding customer satisfaction, which (Sandra) confirmed âïžâïžâïžâïžâïž satisfaction, we are surprised that you have since opted for a âïžâïž review.
The following day after the work had been completed to remove and cap the radiator , you (husband) called to discuss the issues you were experiencing.
We advised you during that call that the problem you had wasnât connected to the work carried out, we also informed you that weâd be happy to return to assess what was happening, to the extend that we stated the return visit was FREE unless we could verify the issue wasnât connected to the work carried out the day before.
We are unable to take responsibility for every aspect of your heating system, radiator valves.
We thank you for using PlumbGas365 & appreciate your feedback.
Have a fantastic day.
