A holiday that delivers
The ship was fantastic and the staff could not be more friendly. The organisation of the trip was outstanding, making the holiday experience the only thing to concentrate on. Some areas of the ship could be crowded at times, but there was always plenty of choice and variety.

Ladies of a Certain Age.
We have cruised previously with P and O on several different ships to the Caribbean, but this was our first cruise to the Caribbean on Arvia. We loved it. Excellent food and service from all the staff. Entertainment across the board of a very high standard, We primarily dined in the main restaurants, occasinally for a late lunch in the buffet. Never a queuing issue. We never queued for a meal, bar or lift. Small queues embarking and disembarking caused by Security checks. On 'At sea days', deck beds are hogged by the early risers. Three ladies of a certain age near to us on chairs by the infinity pool on an 'at sea day', not only had towels reserving 3 deck beds infront of us but also the 3 chairs they were sat on next to us. Then they went for lunch hogging the chairs and the deck beds. With that sort of inconsiderate behaviour it is little wonder people have difficuly finding space in the sun when 'at sea'. Great cruise, loved Arvia. Booked to go again,

P & O Cruises are the stand out cruise line for holidays if you have a guide dog or assistance dog. Just an amazing experience with support from start to finish. I would strongly recommend them for all guide dog users. Wonderful experience!

Complaint not resolved
Holiday good but........
Customer services shocking.
Who can we complain to? After contacting customer services several times with an unresolved problem (only wanting a copy letter )
I was told we can make a complaint if customer services do not respond - well they haven't responded and despite complaining, still nothing is resolved.

Best experience
Went for my first ever cruise with my boyfriend and we loved it!! Seriously have no issues whatsoever, the staff are always up for a chat and are there to help out too, the ship was super tidy and clean they do a really great job with the cabins too. Already talking about booking another one and have recommended it already to people !!

I have been on 5 p&o cruises
I have been on 5 p&o cruises. Over the years the customer service on the ships has gotten worse.
I last went on a cruise October - November last year.
My missed port letters had been missed placed disembarking the ship and I have been contacting P&O since early January to be sent a copy of this. I have been disgusted by their customer service since. I am still waiting to be sent the letters after being promised to be sent them every time. I wait over an hour to get through on the phone and get next to no help when I’m through.
I’m so disappointed by the customer service received I will no longer travel with P&O.

Iona ; fab ship
Overall a fabulous restful holiday . Ship
was fantastic ; clean and modern!
Entertainment was superb every night . The headliners were amazing and we enjoyed all the shows although the take that show wasn’t as enjoyable but that was because of the show itself not because of performers who were fantastic ,
The guest speakers in both weeks were very interesting ( the whales talks and jon legoydec )and inspirational and talks well presented .
The quays restaurant was amazing with freshly made food speedily served and with a smile .

Our 1st cruise 😎
Our 1st cruise and we are so pleased that we choose P & O. The ship Azura was amazing along with the crew, entertainment and food. Cannot find any faults. Great destinations around the Canary Islands.
