Wrong metal art delivered
Update: Pofily did send the correct art after our first review. A corner was bent in the shipping process. We will try to heat and straighten. Now that we received it I wish there had been different fonts available because this font looks too western cowboy. We did get what we ordered and the quality is good.
We ordered metal art. They were prompt in sending the wrong item. I contacted them and they replied and said they would replace the item with the correct one and would let us know what to do with the wrong item when they figured out who it belonged to. I have contacted them twice since, but they have gone silent. our order was over 300.00, but regardless of price they should honor what was ordered.

Ordered Clothes
We did not get clear instructions on how to personalize the clothes!!! We have not heard if they will be sent!!! I ordered these in May and suppose to get here in July!! The company has sent no confirmation if they will send these items.

The metal dog signs are perfect! They are exactly what I was hoping for. The only thing that I wish was different was the shipping. If I knew that it took as long as it did to actually ship, I would’ve waited to order. On the plus side, once they did ship, they got here quickly.

Beautifully Bright
Not t-shirt material, love the slick nylon material, elbow length sleeves, and bright colors. Dressier than a t-shirt, so wish it had a V neck. It is long, I'm 5'1" and it comes to my knees. It was worth the price.

Exceptional Service
I had wanted a wrought iron plaque exactly like the one I had ordered previously. The company no longer had it on their website but took the time after I sent them pictures to once again make it. I was extremely pleased with the prompt correspondence and also the delivery.
