Quality of the sign is very good. The problem was the wording. I requested Spring Hill Farm and it came back as Spring Hill Farm Ranch. No where in the description did it state Ranch was a fixed word that could not be changed. After emailing the company about the problem, they apologized for the confusion and remade the sign! Refreshing experience dealing with a company that values their customer and took accountability for the error. I would definitely buy from them again.

Handling my damaged order.
They did a very nice job and offered a replacement

I ordered my blanket on Sep 14 for my sister ‘s birthday on Sep 21. Thinking a week would be enough time to receive and send to her. But that was Amazon thinking and I was wrong. The blanket finally showed up on October 4 looking really nice - but two weeks late for my sisters birthday. A suggestion would be to inform people the ETA of their product PRIOR to them purchasing it!

It's a beautiful shirt and very soft. It's a little small but I guess that's my fault. I usually order a size larger which is kinda big so I ordered smaller this time and it's too small. Go figure. Just my luck

Although an attractive piece, the quality is not what we were expecting for the amount of money spent. Not a heavy gauge metal.
Time will tell how long it lasts.

As I recall, the freight charge and production delay before shipping are not disclosed early in the order process. Both of these are significant to know up front and not in a sneaky way late in ordering.

The item arrived quickly and safely. It was packed very well and was exactlywhat I had ordered. High quality work! Will definately order from them again.

It was very hard to get a hold of y’all. Never received my package. I sent out so many emails and was barely responding. Waiting almost 3 week just for y’all to tell me I wasn’t getting it.
