Plants of great quality and delivered very promptly. This is the third or fourth time I’ve used Pond Plant Growers Direct and I’ve always been very happy with them.

They went the extra mile over delivery, sending them when I requested. The plants are good quality.

I am fortunate enough to live near the nursery so I dropped in as it is open to the public.
The people were really, really friendly and helpful. They were really knowledgeable and I got exactly what I wanted for my wildlife water garden, including 4 adorable water snails.
The plants are really good quality and it was great to see the place in action bagging and boxing up the internet orders with the freshly picked plants from the nurseries.

Everything available that I was looking for at great prices. Excellent communication from the company that felt personal. Plants arrived in excellent condition within three working days. I have used a variety of online suppliers and this one is up there with the best! Amazing.

Had problems with ParcelForce who were the courier but Eddie (PPGD) responded very quickly over the weekend hassling ParcelForce and ensuring I got my delivery.
Plants don’t seem to have suffered the trauma and now waiting for them to get established.
