Please do yourself a favour and don’t order from this company. They sent me an email saying that the order will be cancel due to potential fraud ?? They said my Credit card raised suspicions activity. All complete nonsense and I still haven’t got my money back.

Was a bit worried after reading the reviews, but we received our pool and accessories as ordered, within 4 days. No problems at all. Good quality items for the price.

Article commandé début avril, dévait être livré 1 semaine après. Après avoir rappelé chacune des semaines suivantes (car à chaque fois on nous l'a promis pour la semaine qui suivait) on nous a avoué qu'il n'y avait aucune garantie de l'avoir avant l'été!! Donc on nous a conseillé d'annuler la commande. Cela fait plus de 10 jours et aucun remboursement n'a encore été effectué..... A suivre!

I had read the reviews here after I ordered the Chillvert garden furniture. I was very nervous however I am delighted to say they arrived in perfect condition in less than 2 weeks from the time I ordered them. Would have no problem recommending this company for rattan furniture.

Poolfunstore and Brycus are the same business. Like most people reading this now I wish I had read reviews first.
Communication with this company is appalling. The Telephones numbers provided are not in use. The info email address "they claim" is not monitored and they do not reply.

Having read all the reviews and using my own experience the company will say they have your item in stock and take your money, They will then email you and say theirs a delay and do you wish to continue. This is to avoid there own terms and conditions that state you will get a full refund if you cancel within 14 days and money back within 5 days.

Luckily I cancelled at that stage which was within the 14 days but naturally I did not receive any money back or any response to my emails. After reading a lot of reviews the best advise I received was to go to a company called Confianza Online or even quote their name. This company is there to protect online consumers its a European company. I also lodged a complaint with Paypal.
Once I emailed the company for the 20th time to say I had lodged my complaint with Paypal and Confianza Online and was giving them 24 hours to be paid in full. I was paid in full within 8 minutes. This proving that the emails are completely monitored but just ignored.
I cannot understand how they are still listed with the companies office. This company is an absolute disgrace.

I hope this will help any other person in this dreadful situation.

Comprei mobiliário de jardim. Depois de ler algumas críticas negativas, tive dificuldade em contactar a empresa.
A encomenda chegou com 2/3 dias de atraso.

I Ordered a hot tub that said in stock and delivery in 5 days. I Received a message to say would be a week late, a week later I received a message to say they needed an EORI number because of brexit. I Requested a refund and was told I’d receive in 5 days, a few weeks later after I had chased three times, I sent a threatening message and a message through PayPal and I received a refund the following day. Such an annoyance but grateful to get my money back! Wish I’d looked on here first as I definitely wouldn’t have purchased in the first place!

Appalling. We ordered a pool in January for delivery in February. It never arrived. They ignored chasing emails. We requested a refund. They said it would be made within 5 days. One month later we're still waiting. Most recently they said the refund would be made in 24 hours - it still hasn't. We have little choice now other than to open a legal dispute and let the bank fight them. They're cheaper because they don't have the stock, they simply sit on your money as long as possible. Wish I'd read the reviews here before purchasing!
I know for next time.

I have paid for a pool to be delivered to Portugal. There is no sign of the pool and the phone numbers do not get answered and I have no replies from email. How the hell do I get my 799 euros back from these people.

Llevo detrás de ellos dos semanas, no me cogen el teléfono, ni contestan los correos. Al final he tenido que contactar con paypal para que me devuelvan el dinero y, aún así he tenido que abrir una disputa en paypal, a la que todavía no han contestado y, por lo tanto a la espera del reembolso.
Es la primera vez que me pasa esto en las compras por internet.
La desaconsejo encarecidamente.

Ordered a best way hot tub in January, contacted them after the tracking number didn’t work, finally heard back 4 weeks later that due to brexit they couldn’t complete the order and would refund. It had taken 3 months of calls and emails, finally after a threat to report them for fraud I have been refunded

DON'T USE THEM. I ordered a lay z spa in November, they said it was out of stock in December and i finally had my money back in February after threatening them. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

J’ai eu pas mal de réticence en lisant les avis mais j’ai pris la décision de commander tout de même car le prix était imbattable et le paiement par PayPal possible !
Et bien j’ai été agréablement surpris et je me suis dis qu’il fallait mettre un petit com rassurant.
Il y a eu un petit peu de retard mais la conseillère au téléphone a été très agréable et professionnelle!
Bref la note ici est sévère car je recommanderais chez eux les yeux fermés !

Commande arrivée avec 15 jours de retard ! Je suis déçu du manque d’information et par le svc commercial. Aucunes nouvelles et aucun suivi possible

Très satisfaite de cette entreprise, livraison rapide, produit de qualité et moins chers qu'une enseigne Française qui m'a fait miroiter plus d'un mois, je me suis fait rembourser et ai commandé chez Poolfunstore. Je ne regrette pas et je recommanderai chez eux.

Comprei no dia 07/12/20 um abrigo de madeira para o jardim e a encomenda chegou impecável no dia 18/12/20. É verdade que tentei varias vezes falar com "Atenção ao Cliente" por telefone e nenhum dos diferentes números funcionou. Também enviei varios emails e esses sim foram respondidos.
A transportadora também foi excelente.
Reconheço que no início ao lêr os comentários de outros clientes fiquei um pouco assustado e passar alguns dias de stress sem razão nenhuma... Bom a primeira vez é sempre a que custa mais. Continuarei a comprar nesta loja online.
