Ordered jetnozzle 8th of April paid for heard nothing since very disappointing

Absolute piece of junk I plead with anybody out there do not buy this product.
The advertisement is a lie the product is absolutely useless, it leaks and there is less pressure than a regular garden hose.
I received a 60 percent refund and now will be throwing it in the bin, put it down as a bad experience.
Buy a regular pressure cleaner from Bunnings it does the job perfectly.
Lesson learnt don't buy products from dodgy retailers.

1. Ordered one jetnozzle unit at price £24.99. PayPal account charged nearly 3 times this amount - £71.81 and two units delivered. Leaks from joints on both, crushed neoprene '0' rings required replacing. Performance nowhere near that of any pressure washer. Will only water garden with it.

I purchased a jetnozzle. Was also charge without my conscent $5.99 protection plan. I did not request it. I cancelled order within a few minutes after purchase. Received notice I would be credited $6.39!!! My entire bill was $53.99. I have been screwed. This is abusive sales. I will dispute this charge with my credit card company if I do not receive full refund.

I attempted to order 1 jet nozzle - but order went through as 3 without my authorisation. I emailed the company immediately requesting a cancellation and received a response advising of the successful cancellation and that the pending charge on my statement will be removed within 24-48 hours. Given that I have now learned that this has previously happened to another customer the company should have already fixed this glitch. I will update with the outcome once the 48 hrs has passed.

just an update. 2 days after I emailed jetnobs they refunded me 60% of what i paid. better than nothing.

Absolutely useless, it dosent clean anything like in the video they show you. It took about 3 weeks to come and got to use it yesterday to try & clean my hot tub, and my concrete drive. It was useless. Only thing it was any good at was clearing my cobwebs away which I could of done with my regular hose. Absolute scam, so much for it being so powerful that it would be only on for a limited time before being banned. Very disappointed to say the least. I will attempting to apply for a refund, so I'll have to wait and see.

No pressure at all it's a scam. A ripoff.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This product is a cheap tube with a three dollar valve. There is absolutely no innovation that would make this product work as advertised. Anyone can go to the hardware store and get the parts to make this product in about five minutes. My standard hose nozzle has more pressure. Absolute JUNK!!

I bough this a few years ago.
DONT BELIEVE IT AT ALL.!!!!
If you watch the video you will see that they spread some dirt on the patio & of coarse it blew it off.
I NEVER EVEN GOT IT TO BLOW DIRT.
THIS IS A COMPLETE SCAM.

We ordered ONE nozzle and have been charged for THREE nozzles plus warranty. We have tried to find a customer service number to cancel this order and have been unsuccessful. We have emailed them to cancel the order and have called our credit card company as well. However, since the charges are still "pending" we cannot dispute the charges through our card yet! DO NOT order from this company! Wish we had seen this website BEFORE we ordered!

I ordered a jet nozzle jet in early summer, and I still havn't receved it! They just say it´s on it´s way.... it´s seems like it is an automatically answer. It´s now more than 4 months ago. I have asked to get the payment refound, but they just answers that they can´t refound as long as the itim is on it´s way! So this is SCAM! Do not order!

Barely blows the leaves off my deck. Scam. Can't even contact them. These people should be locked behind bars.

The 5 stars is NOT FOR THE PRODUCT ITS FOR THIS WEBSITE.
Okay, I got an email of different new products that will make your life easier. And three of the items were: The JetNossle, NanoSparkle, and Dr.Clean Spray. And after checking with this website. Every review said it wad a scam. Still going down the list. If everyone is a scam. I am going to send an email to them.

JUST ANOTHER SCAM COMPANY

Seems like I have joined a long queue of complaining customers. I ordered the Jet Nozzle and after a week or so I e-mailed them asking when I could recieve my order. They came back a week later informing me that they had run out of stock, but expecting new delivery the following Monday. I received an e-mail on Tuesday telling me that my order had been dispatched so I waited a further week and nothing appeared. I then checked this web page only to find that I am just another SUCKER. Still waiting for my delivery, but if the product is as bad as has been reported here, then I may as well say GOODBYE to my payment. Should have gone through PayPal, but in my hurry to order, I used my own payment system.
PEOPLE DO NOT ORDER THIS ITEM. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. P L E A S E L I S T E N ! ! !

Please don't waste your money on this item its100%rubbish. I purchased one from a company base in the USA call tryjetnozzle.com.no return address only a po box in the uk.i have now sent email for a refund but been informed no refund will be give to me .so out of pocket by£33.well you learn by your mistakes

I ordered this product on March 21st after watching the video (now know it is fake). By late April I had still not received the product. I followed the tracking device which stated that the product had been delivered to customer (no address given) April 14th by my local post office. I checked with them. The tracking number did not register and they checked my delivery history which confirmed no parcels had been delivered to my house on that day. Luckily for me, I paid for the order through PayPal and was issued an immediate refund.
It seems that many websites advertising on social media are not to be trusted and Jet Nozzle is definitely one of those! 😡

ordered jet nozzle...canceled jet nozzle..assured me twice that order was cancelled on April 27th..may 4th took my money..not pending .ATM my money..called assured me order had been cancelled on April 27th...but still took my money...said theywould get a hold of billing....still waiting..bad business.

Material ist Schrott, hat nicht einmal den Testlauf bestanden. Betrug und kein Service es wird schwer wieder an sein Geld zu kommen.
