He comprado una piscina el día 25 de junio y a fecha de hoy 15/07/2020 no se nada del pedido.
Estoy venga a llamar y mandar correos y nadie contesta.
Son unos impresentables.

El pasado 25 de junio, realice un pedido, el cual se pago!
Al no recibir la confirmacion al mail, (el mismo dia) me puse en contacto con ellos a traves de correo electronico y llamando avarios numeros de telefono. Por supuesto sin respuesta. Me huele a ESTAFA. La empresa he consultado y si exsiste. Pero, a fecha de hoy. No tenho ni piscina ni los 700e que me gaste.

son unos impresentables, compré una piscina el día 08/06/2020, con fecha de entrega el 01/07 a día de hoy no ha llegado la piscina, la cual ya esta pagada. Imposible ponerse en contacto con ellos no cogen el teléfono y no contestan a los correos, ya he interpuesto una denuncia.

Compre una piscina el 15/7 y supuestamente la recibiría hoy día 8,no me ha llegado nada todavía,llamo a los teléfonos y no contesta nadie, y me por correo diciendome que de momento no disponen de piscinas como la que he pedido hasta el día 22/7, menudo engaño,lástima de no haber leído las reseñas de esta empresa si se les puede llamar así ,engañando a la gente .

Aunque les dé igual estos comentarios, debéis saber que no envían el pedido que haces, no contestan al teléfono ni a los correos y no sé si devuelven el dinero que por supuesto ingresas antes de recibir nada. De momento,denunciados están.

!!!CUIDADO!!!Esta pagina es una estafa!!! Compre una piscina de mas de 600€ y no he recibido nada. No hay manera de ponerse en contacto con esta empresa. Denunciare

I ordered a shed 27th May , it was delivered today 30th of June. I was getting a bit worried considering the reviews here. The problem is they don’t respond to emails or phone.
I’m happy that IT IS Not A SCAM.

I've had to open a dispute with my cc to get my money back. After almost two months I've not received any communication as to where my order is. This place is a scam. DO NOT ORDER!!!!!

Muya mala experiencia. ESTAFA. Despues de pagar y esperar un mes no he recibido nada. No responden a email ni al telefono. No me devolven dinero. ES UNA ESTAFA.

Don't or nothing from this site thought it was abit dodge that u have to buy something before u can sign up scam me saying my order out of stock have to wait till the end of the month and under staffed bull then locked me out my account

Volevo rettificare una recensione che ho fatto un mese fa , perché anch’io dopo aver pagato non ho più avuto notizie . Quindi le hobtentatr tutte finché in realtà ho capito che il problema sono i corrieri ... da ontime a shenker... alla fine siamo riusciti a rintracciare il pacco , una piscina idromassaggio , che era ferma a Roma da settimane . Perciò occhio ... controllate tutti i passaggi . La merce è arrivata ed in ottime condizioni

Hola, me han vendido una piscina pinchada y les llamo a 3 telefonos distintos y nadie contesta nunca. Alguien sabe alguna forma de contactar? Gracias de antemano.

Very suspicious the high ratings being posted in recent hours...I don’t claim to be a detective but i suspect poolfunstore uk possibly doesn’t exist..I purchased an item from them that my bank is currently in the process of trying to recover its cost...i ordered from poolfunstore but confirmation of payment and order was emailed to me by byrcus home and garden whos business is stated as permanently closed at this present time..I could be totally wrong in saying Banco Santander are still processing payments to this company if it is the Byrcus that’s trading under poolfunstore..id appreciate if someone with a better understanding of whats what could explain if im misunderstanding something..one thing I will stand by though is calling this company a bunch of crooks!!!

Received my garden furniture set today....easy to put together, clicked into place.
So pleased with the service received, defo recommended 👌

I ordered a 4 piece garden furniture set on 02 June. I received an email a couple of days later to track my order. When i clicked into the site for nearly 2 weeks my tracking number was not recognised. I panicked after reading the reviews and sent them an email requesting an update. I got no response. I was preparing for a battle to get my money back. I rechecked my tracking on 14th June and got an update stating my order was in transit. The customer order date was 11th June - I assume there is a back log in orders due to the current climate (covid) I received my order today, and am really happy with it. I didnt receive any update from the company which is unusual so I just kept checking the tracking status to keep an eye on the delivery.

pleasantly surprised at how efficient this company is despite the terrible reviews on this site. the Lay z spa f took a little while longer than i was expecting however when i contacted them they were efficient and kept me informed of where my delivery was, very pleased with the spar
