Lamentable, dicen tener el producto en stock pero es mentira, dos semanas esperando...

i received my garden furniture but it took a month to deliver. There was very no communication from the merchant until very last minute so all along i had no idea what was going on.When i put the tracking number into the website, it was saying ''item not found''. To be honest i would avoid ordering from this website as the lack of communication is stressful.

I ordered a garden furniture set, I was worried about my order after reading some of these comments, but I spoke to a lady who was very helpful and I was kept updated by shipping company as to where my order was. It was delivered a bit later than the website originally said but that's to be expected at the moment.

Terrible company - buyer beware. Ordered a hot tub on 2nd April, due for delivery on 29th April. After I emailed several times I was finally contacted mid-May to say they had no stock. They then offered me an alternative at twice the price. I have spent the next month chasing a refund and still have nothing. I have now raised a dispute with my credit company as they have had £500 of my money for over 2 months and I have nothing to show for it. It's simple - don't accept orders if you don't have any stock.

Was really worried after reading the comments about people not receiving their items. I got an email when I placed the order with a link for tracking, was notified when my items left Madrid. Was notified again when they arrived at the depot in Belgium and again when they left for the UK, they arrived in the UK at 03.30 am and my item was delivered the same day, 8 days earlier than the expected delivery date!

PoolFunStore has given me the worst online shopping service I have ever experienced. Our Lay Z Spa hot tub arrived with a fault in the lining meaning that we were patching it up before we had even finished taking it out of the box!
Unfortunately this company do not answer emails or answer their phone, so I am now pursuing this directly with the manufacturer (who has a 20 day backlog to answer their emails). Fingers crossed it will be resolved soon - its taken 6 weeks so far!

Llevo 15 días esperando un pedido que supuestamente se entregaba en 3 días. No hay manera de contactar con ellos ni por teléfono ni por correo electrónico, ni respoden.

Ho fatto un ordine l'8/5 comprensivo di piscina e accessori.. la piscina è arrivata quando ormai avevamo perso le speranze il 5/6...la data prevista di consegna era il 26/5...il primo messaggio via mail è arrivato il 19/5 (dopo nostra mail) con un numero di spedizione non valido... ovviamente ci siamo allarmati, anche viste le recensioni pessime...poi più nessuna risposta a mail (conferma di lettura avvenuta), telefonate (solo voci preregistrate che invitano a richiamare più tardi) o moduli di contatto. Lo stesso numero di spedizione è diventato inaspettatamente valido dal 26/5 (quando ormai avevamo già acquistato un'altra piscina temendo non arrivasse più nulla....). Il resto dell'ordine non è ancora arrivato e non ne sappiamo nulla.... servizio telefonico inesistente, comunicazione inadeguata con la clientela....noi ci riteniamo fortunati di aver ricevuto la parte più costosa dell'ordine,ma non ci sentiamo di consigliare ad altri l'acquisto qui. Tra l'altro, indagando sul web, anche altri siti ricollegati a questo (jardinitis, brycus.it, playfunstore...) hanno tutti le medesime recensioni negative per impossibilità di comunicare con la ditta, mancata o ritardata consegna. Quindi valutate con attenzione prima di completare l'acquisto, soprattutto se avete dei tempi da rispettare, e cercate di pagare con carta di credito per poter poi recuperare tramite la banca la cifra spesa se la consegna non viene effettuata!

I ordered an item of this site and from the start I couldn't get an update on my order. They do not answer the phone ever or reply to emails. I called many times and emailed even more without a response.
I did get a refund after several weeks which I was very surprised about. I wouldn't use this site again as they cannot be trusted.

I ordered a pool online on the 16/05/20 where the money was taken immediately and I received an order confirmation stating that the order was processed and an expectant date of the 4/06/20.
Since ordering the "order" details on the website has stated that the order was "in the warehouse:not sent to ware house".
On several emails requesting updates I have received no reply and there has been no change to the order status.
Emails and telephone calls unanswered!!
I have just come off of the phone to my bank to start the process of a section 75 against the company.

Terrible terrible terrible!!!
Why oh why did I not read the reviews before placing my order?
Also know that Brycus are a sister company so avoid them too!
We ordered a steel above ground pool in the middle of April. The payment went through and we got an estimated shipping date of 21 May. Fair enough I thought with the pandemic I was happy to allow 4-6 weeks for shipping.

But of course come 20 May I get a phone call from a nervous sounding Spanish lady telling me the pool was out of stock, and did I want all the other stuff in my order (pool treatment items). She advised the refund would issue in a few days it is two weeks later and still no sign of it. I will have to chase the refund through my bank.

Worst online purchase I have ever made and now although we ordered another pool from what I hope is a more reputable dealer we are 5 weeks behind everyone else and will be lucky to get a pool before the end of the summer. I would have no issue if the order had been cancelled within the first week.

Shame on you Pool Fun Store!

Dopo 24 gg e decine di chiamate senza risposte, è arrivato il pacco, un po' ammaccato.

Same news here - ordered garden screens back in April - still not turned up. No one is responding to numerous calls and emails - disgusting - avoid at all costs - you should be ashamed of yourselves !!!

Absolute worst place ever. |They are a bunch of thieves that do not have the courtesy to even answer the phone as they do not have the back bone to answer. will be reporting to European fraud and hopefully these criminals will be dealt with. They send out an email and when responding the email address does not go through. No answer on phones. Send a tracking number which does not exist. I will be contacting lawyers to take this further with them to ensure these scam artists get what they deserve. Only chose 1 star as i could choose anything less

In thousands of purchases over the years I've never actually come across an online retailer as bad as this.

On 25 Apr 2020 we ordered over £1000 worth of goods comprising of a swimming pool and accessories.

On 21/05/2020 we got our first & last contact back as below apart from the sales receipt.

I'll let you judge yourself how you would feel to receive everything you need to maintain a pool that could not be sent and to also be charged the same shipping cost, no refund for shipping.

European consumer rights forbid not giving customers the opportunity to cancel, but they don't care.

It appears that they have finally removed listing the pools they do not have in stock which is good as my last emails returned this notification.

UPDATE: I managed to convince them to refund the rest of the order which they did slowly

Avoid avoid avoid! I ordered a hot tub from this scam of a company over 2 months ago and never received it, I emailed them asking for a refund week’s ago and surprise surprise I still haven’t received my refund! I am reporting them to trading standards with the hope of eventually getting my money back

Don’t ever order anything from them. They are scammers. All good reviews are fake. Have ordered swimming pool, money have been taken straightaway. My order never arrived. I had to contact my bank. How come they’re operating for so long. They should be in jail long time.

Ordered a pool with filter and ladders, pool heater and a cover. Got the fear after ordering because of bad reviews and no response from emails however after a few days they got back to me and the shipping info started to trickle in. Sent via db schenker in Madrid and after contacting them direct I got a lot more info. Spain has been on a complete lockdown and it had been difficult for this company to ship items. It did arrive, although two and a half weeks late. I think patience is key in these difficult times. Only 4 stars because the plugs are European, but not a difficult job for me to change, and ladders don't have platform as described.

Same story here I have emailed and called this company multiple times. About to call my contacts within the Spanish government and also reporting them to Comercia Global Payments who they are using are a payment portal. AVOID
