So many names, yet zero service

We did eventually receive the product, but after 2 - 3 months rather than weeks.

The pool has been setup and everything has been fine, although the pump came with an EU plug.

Be prepared to WAIT

I ordered a hot tub of poolfunstore.co.uk and it came within the 17 days. I had a great experience with this company but was beginning to doubt this company because of all the bad reviews stating (stay away, its a scam) Overall I am happy with the product and I am glad I did not cancel my order (I am an Irish customer)

Pretty sure this site is definitely a scam got confirmation email when I purchased garden furniture sent numerous emails to them to know when it was being delivered no reply back and tried ringing them phone no is not registered also rang Spain getting no reply have been on to credit card company so hopefully they will sort out my refund and it looks a reptile site very disappointed

Efetuei uma encomenda dia 10/5 na poolfunstore.pt, o qual não recebi e-mail de confirmação de encomenda, no entanto no site pesquisei facilmente o estado da encomenda. A mesma foi enviada logo no dia 14/5. Através do número de rastreamento facultado não consegui pesquisar mas contactei a transportadora Gallastegui e facilmente me deram o número correto. Soube a 21/5 que a encomenda já se encontrava em Portugal na transportadora LusoCargo que contactei e hoje dia 22/5 recebi a minha encomenda certinha. Estou muito satisfeita com a qualidade dos produtos (mobiliário de jardim e cobertura de piscina) e com a rapidez do envio em tempos de COVID. Quanto ao atendimento ao cliente da poolfunstore não posso comentar pois nao contactei nenhuma vez.

OK - my LayZSpa arrived today.
I have revised my star rating to 2.
Their customer service is appalling.
After I threatened legal action a revised shipping notice arrived on friday 22nd may, stating that the hot tub was in madrid at the shippers.
I received an email form PoolFunStore on May 29th asking me to review the product (that I had not received).
The shipper's website showed was still in Madrid yesterday morning on the 1st June.
Then at lunchtime on the 1st I received a phone call from a UK shipping agent saying they were delivering a package on the 2nd, which originated from Spain.
It arrived this morning - it's the correct spa.
I have now cancelled the claim I started with Barclaycard.
This was very stressful. I can understand why phone calls are not answered in these difficult times, but there is no excuse for lack of response to emails and contact forms on their website.

I would still suggest avaoiding this store.

Ordered a hot tub. Shipping info didn't work, then I checked TrustPilot....
Luckily paid on credit card so I've made a claim - let's hope the money comes back.
Received another shipping email today - this time shows package is in madrid waiting to ship.
I'm fairly sure that is also a scam as I threatened legal action if they didn't give me updated tracking info within 24 hours.
Their uk phone dials out.
I called their head office in spain and left a voice mail.
Emailed several times.
Sent contact form 3 times.
Nothing.

CON don't part with any money. you cant contact them or e-mail them. they take your money straight away and you never see the product £ 600 lost

This company is a fraudulent company paid for a pool pump, never had a confirmation email so cancelled but they took the money anyway I have emailed numerous times and tried to phone but no response this company is a SCAM SCAM do not use, trying to get money back through my bank!!!! Repeat DO NOT USE if you don’t want to be ripped off 😡😡😡😡

Eccomi tra i truffati! non ho ricevuto niente, i tracking number sono falsi. Non rispondono al telefono, nè alle mail. Ho chiamato al numero verde della carta di credito: se non vi arrivano i prodotti, dopo un mese potete chiedere il rimborso all'Istituto della carta di credito. Spero vi sia stata di aiuto.

Truffatori,ho fatto un acquisto il 26/04 con consegna prevista il 05/05 ad oggi non mi è arrivato nulla,non rispondono al telefono ne al num italiano,nemmeno a quello spagnolo,e nemmeno alle email,mi hanno inoltre inoltrato per due volte a distanza di una settimana due numeri di tracking inesistenti uno addirittura con un link che effettua spedizioni solo in Spagna.TRUFFATORI

Ordered above ground pool 23 April was due for delivery 13th May still havnt received it & courier company said it hasn’t arrived from uk to Dublin depot, tried emailing & phoning company, complete scam so annoyed trying to go through bank to get my money back!!!!

Scammed like the other reviewers below. Ordered a hot tub that had a delivery date of 10 days after date of order. After 15 days and email chasing sent a tracking code that doesn't work. No hot tub and £678 (inc delivery) down.

I've purchased pressure washer from this company. They took very long time After chasing them several times, they said sorry for delay. It arrived in UK parcelforce depot. Again couldn't get any delivery schedule. Yesterday delivery is made by parcelforce to wrong address. Was charged £63 for delivery. Can't get any answer from company.

Scam site. Bought Karcher K5 set, site took my €360 immediately. Chased company for a month no response. Emailed and called no response. 5 weeks later receive an email saying they no longer have it in stock, I mail back to complain and ask why is it still on their websites? (this company is same as Brycus), they amil. Me back and say they changed the price to a higher price. Essentially trying to scam more money out of me. Avoid avoid avoid. Yet to receive any refund. They DO NOT RESPOND TO MAILS or calls. Its fake

Spanish company so I decided to use their main site to order a lay-z spa. With euro conversion, it worked out far cheaper than any UK site.

Delivery was 3 weeks but I expected that due to the current pandemic.

Avoid!!! Ordered a hot tub that was in stock due to receive 21st April didn’t recieve, offered refund didn't receive then said they would send on 21st May then email saying out of stock so they would send me a hot tub £250 more expensive.. Scammers, cancelled as they wanted me to pay £250 more..
