There was a cable missing from the…

There was a cable missing from the order that was missing. Could not print without it. Purchased at bestbuy.

We’re sorry for the inconvenience. The USB cable is normally included in Zebra’s packaging, which is why we don’t typically supply it separately. If we had known it was missing, we’d have been happy to send you one at no charge. We understand, though, if you needed it right away and purchased one locally.

SUPER helpful

As soon as I ordered my printer, I had a rep reach out to ensure I had the correct one. I didn't. The rep updated my order to the correct model and shipped it right out. It arrived within the week.
