I got a titan250cc this bike is trash won't stay started for nothing looks cool, but all parts are low budget as heck! DO NOT BUY! the return policy is outrageous $300 to get it shipped to you(you will not get it back) $300 to send it back out of your own pocket. Don't waist your money guys! Go to a local bike shop where u can't get the run around. Powersportsmax SUCKS SUCKS SUCKS

I ordered a hawk 125cc for my nephew, an x28 110cc for my son, and a 200cc ATV for myself. All three arrived In perfect condition, it was my first time putting dirt bikes and ATVs together, but the several YouTube videos helped a lot. All three bikes start on first press/kick. We would have never been able to afford Japanese or American made bikes. We are having a blast riding.

We purchased a Storm xpro 125cc and it arrived with a non-functioning clutch. 'Zora Z refused to refund, instead suggested getting 'a friend' to assist installing a new one. Is anyone interested in a class action or small claims court action ?

To the guy that discussed welding issues, we had the same experience. We bought a quad for my 7 year old and not even 30 days into it broke from the frame in several different spots. They offered us 100 dollars to have it welded locally but we need a whole new frame. This company is awful and they are putting young kids on their products and setting them up to get seriously injured. They should not even be allowed to continue with this business, it’s so horrible!

They are horrible.my son bike was broke in the first 10 minutes.Nike was assembled the wrong way .they are trash

(They dont honor 12 month engine warranty) . I bought the templar 250cc and from day 1 it was a problem . They didn't send all the bolts and nuts to assemble. The battery was faulty , The bike came with a stretched out clutch and dirty carb that cant be opened, The frame is so cheap and flimsy it has snapped in half almost everywhere , and the engine seized at 1300 miles . They will send you little minor replacements because aftermarket parts is almost non existent for this bike . I barely rode the bike and probably never will again as they don't respond anymore.

Purchased a kp mini 150 in 2021. Process went smooth..was emailed every step of the way..bike arrived in a week in perfect condition, no damage👍...decided to order the xpro24 250cc sport bike, huge regret!...bike stalled..tried contacting psm, without success. Ended up selling bike for $700. I would say the lifan bikes would be the bikes you wouldn't have any issues with...wouldn't order any of that other garbage!!

I've been watching Lifan and Hyosung for years and purchased my Lifan X-Pect after going over the PowerSportsMax's Lifetime Parts Support. They've helped me get every part I need and their E-mail support has been fantastic. I love motorcycling through the mountains and I can jump between the trees and run through camp sites with a nimbleness that still make me grin every time I land at 50Mph with ease.

I was hesitant about getting a motorcycle that doesn't offer parts on HyosungCatalog, but the PowerSportsMax Team has been great and I've put just over 11,000 miles on my X-Pect without running it's first 100 gallons through it! @_@ I added an oil cooler, 17-41 Sprockets, EFI Tuning System and a few other things and I've averaged over 113Mpg. So this is a great bike that I can go over 200 miles across the mountains for less than a Dairy Queen Meal Combo....

Which is why I've put so many miles on it, it's just a joy to spend time motorcycling and focus on enjoying my bluetooth helmet and the mountains. ^_^

If anyone else is looking for a Lifan and a company that can find parts and have them to you in a few weeks that'll let you stock up on extras so you can keep voltage regulators and stators on hand, PowerSportsMax has a great Lifetime Parts Support Team.

Thank you for the heads up about this company. Glad I looked at the reviews first saved myself over $1000. not to mention a big headache. I will take my business elsewhere....

I was seriously thinking about buying 3 dirt bikes for my kids but I’m so glad that I found this review site it just saved me 1700usd. Thanks to trustpilot and everyone’s input

Pro125 and the headlight and electric starter do not work. Been trying to get help from company for over month with Zora dodging, and delaying every day. Doesn’t look like the company will help with problem. I think they are a total scam. Buyer beware of this company. Buy from local reputable established company with reputable products. Don’t buy Chinese junk from unreliable companies like PowersportsMax who won’t even give there phone number or back their warranty.

DO NOT order from PowersportsMax/X-Pro. Ordered an X9 125cc and received a 110cc (along with some shipping damage). PSM's offer to correct their error was a $20 STORE credit, and a 125cc sticker. STAY AWAY from PowersportsMax/X-Pro.

Bought a 125 cc bike, broke multiple times and customer service is horrible. Will never ever order from them again!!! Buyer beware

I just bought a 125cc four wheeler and had to assemble it. There was some instructions but I looked on line for a few tips. It only took about 2.5 hours to finish. The only thing there was 2 nuts missing for the front finder, I just put other bolts with lock nuts on it. I changed the oil and added gas and it started and sounds good. My daughter loves it. I just hope it stays together and runs in a few months as is does now.

I ordered a 250 rino it came in the box perfect. The team at power sport max was very helpful of course it took some time getting through on the phone but they answered. I put the bike together my self it was all there no issues perfect shape and runs perfectly with a little adjustment here and there. All in all I’m very pleased and planning on ordering to more from them and the prices are unbeatable. I give them 10 stars if I could.

So they are definitely under new ownership as of the time of this review. Q2 2022. Maxpro LLC is their official name. I have nothing but positive things to say. I got email updates every step of the way on my 2022 Lifan X-pect 200 motorcycle. From order confirmation to payment processed to moved to fulfillment with warehouse to shipped.

After receiving the bike and getting everything up in running I emailed them to ask about my MCO and the replied the same day with tracking showing that its being delivered 1-day after I received the bike.

I know most people do not take the time to leave positive experiences/feedback so I wanted to be sure to do that given their current ratings...

So I purchased a 200cc EFI Vitacci clash w/ electronic digital speedometer on 3/11 along with an extra year warranty and paid $1800+ ...I received bike on 16th or 17th( Wednesday or thursday) and by Saturday afternoon I was stranded on the road broken down...I have called 3 different numbers a total of 25+ times over a 10 day period along with sending atleast 18to20 emails and I have spoken to 2people a total of 3 times and am no closer to a solution than I was when it broke down...the Electric dash never worked from start either...it's been a terrible experience....if 2 warranties and almost 2k$ don't get u anymore than I got I'd hate to buy a cheap one...buyer beware

We've experienced nothing but issues from the ATV we bought for Christmas. Everything from structural defects, bad battery after 2 uses, front brakes locked up, and throttle issues. Would not recommend

THIS PLACE IS SELLING MACHINES THAT ARE NOT WELDED TOGETHER CORRECTLY. You should never buy anything from this place. I bought 2 four wheelers 2,500 for Christmas and neither one of them run and one of them broke from the frames weld causing it to collapse in the back while my son was riding it. They offer 50 dollars for me to take it somewhere to get it welded back together!! Not even 2 hours on this thing and I’ve got to have them both fixed!! This place is going to hurt someone or someone’s child. Please don’t take this risk!!
