I purchased a 50 cc dirt bike for my son for Christmas. Immediately, it was hard to start the bike. It kept shutting off. My son was able to ride lightly in the yard for about 20 minutes. All of a sudden something started rattling in the motor and the bike cut off. I contacted customer service and they said that they would not replace the bike. They said I had to pay to get it repaired or I could pay $100 to return the bike. This was so disappointing and frustrating. You spend money on a brand new item and it doesn't work. Horrible experience and will never do business with them again.

The customer service sucks. They don't answer the phone. Zora is extremely rude and unhelpful. The bikes are poorly made and arrive poorly assembled. The bike cuts off during acceleration, bolts are loose, and the light on the front of my bike does not fit and isn't secured by anything its merely resting on the forks. I am demanding a refund of my purchase as well as contacting the better business bureau. The bike that I bought is unsafe being how bolts and handle bars are loose. While sitting at an idle in my garage a bolt fell out somewhere from the bike. When I call it seems that they'll pick up the phone and hang it up without saying anything often.

Horrible customer service, rude reps, wont stand behind their warranties. Purchased 2 quads from them, each have a tire that wont hold air and they refuse to send me new ones. Seat doesnt latch on another and they told me to take it somewhere and have it fixed!!! Really, after I just spent almost $3000.00 with them and had to wait over a month for shipment of one of them after it had already been paid for!!!! Horrible company!!!

1-27-21__ I recently had a bad experience with Powersportsmax aka Maxpro LLC. It's not concluded yet, but here are some basic guidelines if you decide to take a chance with them.
1) Screenshot EVERYTHING you're interested in purchasing. Also, screenshot anything that can be suspicious or questionable, including Terms and Conditions, Returns, Shipping, etc. Screenshots are cheap and easy. If you get scammed you will need proof.

2) Be prepared to be disappointed if you do business with this company. Check the BBB reports, use google to get customer feedback, use common sense.

3) If you communicate with them use email or their message system. NO phone calls. Calls cannot be used as proof. Emails and messaging can be screenshot or printed. Remember the phrase "A picture is worth a thousand words". You need proof to be in Black-and-White.

4) ALWAYS pay with a Credit Card. If you have a problem, your CC company can start a Chargeback process against the company. This is a very effective recourse against dishonest business practice. Also, contact the BBB in San Jose, CA. and the Attorney General of California to file complaints. You may want to contact your state Attorney General as well since some states have their own consumer protection laws. If you need the address or phone# for the BBB or AG of CA, Google is right there. Use it.

5) The best advise I can give you is to AVOID this company altogether. I have prior experience with another place, that is now shut down, and armed with all the evidence described above I prevailed and beat them at their game.

Bought a dirt bike for my Grandsons Christmas. Today is Jan 23 and we are still struggling to get this bike running! I have struggled to get someone to return my countless calls in order to speak with anyone from this Company. This dirt bike is made with poor quality and The Customer Service is even more poor. I am embarrassed that I gave this as a gift. Don't waste your money. Go anywhere else! Very Dissatisfied!

Do not buy from Powersportsmax.com. If you have an issue with the bike or atv, they either will never respond or keep sending the wrong parts. Google is powersportsmax a real company. They are TERRIBLE! Won’t answer messages on voicemail, over 3 weeks still no call. Dirt bike was leaking fuel from get go. If the bike is broken when you receive it. You have to pay the shipping back to company. So your already out at least $300.00 for shipping if you get a lemon. Trust me...don’t do it!! the carburetor is molded together so no access to inside of it. Like if the float is bad, you have to buy parts or pay to send the bike back. If you can get a hold of someone and if you want to pay the shipping back to company and a restock fee. Mechanic said it was the worst design they had ever seen and he couldn’t even open the carburetor to fix the simple float being stuck. I had to call from a friends phone in order to finally after 3 weeks get someone to answer. I don’t know how they are even open for business.

Ordered this ATV (ATV-W027) for my son back in June for his birthday and it showed up late. We put it together and it ran for about 15 minutes before spitting motor oil everywhere! The motor was pre-assembled to the frame so it had nothing to do with our assembly. Reached out to the company with no help from them at all. I asked for the item to be replaced, they refused and stated all sales are final with no returns. I was told that they would send me parts to fix it and still haven't seen those. After multiple phone calls I asked for someone with some authority to call me and was told they were busy and still haven't heard from anyone. Had a mechanic look at it, stopped the oil leak and now it won't start. He called them about getting a new carburetor and they are out of stock with no availability date. (So much for having a wide range of parts in stock) Worst experience ever and even worse customer service. I would stay far away from this company.
It seems like we bought a $700 piece of garbage for nicer terms. I hope someone reads these and maybe they will get back to me since their warranty has now expired.

Garbage company. I wish I would have researched them first. Bought a dirt bike about 3 weeks ago and still will not start. They just keep sending random parts that I have to fix and put in myself and it still won't start. When I call them all they can say is we'll send more parts. They won't just do the right thing and exchange it for one that works. Well they will if I pay to ship it back and a restocking fee. When pressed they just act like its my fault. They won't let you talk to anybody other than the customer service people so you're just stuck with a piece of crap. It's supposed to be a Christmas present so we'll see if I can get it started by then.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM POWER SPORTS MAX!!I purchased an 110 cc XPRO ATV and paid 179.00 to have it fully assembled only to have wheels fall off! I am an older lady and cannot check these things and should not have to ater paying to have it assembled and tested! SHE COULD HAVE BEEN HURT!! They do not care! BUYER BEWARE AND LOOK AT ALL OF THE BAD FEEDBACK!! I asked for the assembly fee to be reimbursed and the refused and do not have all of the missing parts to send, they epect me to buy them. SHAM!!

Powersportsmax is the worst company to deal with. There warranty sounds good but will not stand behind it there company should be shut down and bared from doing bussiness in the USA. They lie and never get back to you on a timely bases. If I can stop one person from buying from them it would be great. I wish this company folds and never sells a piece of equipment to anyone. They are only in business to rip customers off.

They do deliver what you purchased but they do not help you process warranty with the manufacturer. So the warranty I bought this motercycle for having is now useless

I purchased a scooter and they sent me a dirt bike instead
I called them to do a return, customer services very rude. I had to call over 30 time in one day to get an answer.
It been over 25 days and still to results.
You can only reach someone for returns by email
I would not recommend this company

I bought a PINK x pro bolt 50cc dirt bike with 10inch ribs for my 7 year old daughter and let me tell you I will always and for eww very trust and but through power sports max it was more then I could ask for I mean the Pink color and decails and the whole dirt bike itself seriously the size was perfect it started right up it runs great it sounds so sweet and she can even pull start it herself I took it around for a spin I I seriously was impressed and super satisfied and the whole frame was pink the decals I mwan I couldn't believe how happy we all were and it took like u days to get here. Tha is power sports max my daughter loves you..

We bought a TaoTao Thunder 50 cc scooter about a month ago,- they included a instructional dvd, and small tool bag. My wife and I put it together in a couple of hours, pretty simple. But, the thunder started leaking fuel whenever we cranked it over. found out that the drain tube on the carb, bowl was open, - screwed valve shut that took care of the gas leak. however, we could only idle the engine , so I removed carb. only to find that the float screw heads had been machined off, so I couldn't disassemble the carb. to find out what was wrong .I contacted powersports max and referred the need for a new carb, which they gladly sent me. Scooter runs very good now, - Thanks Power Sports Max

I would absolutely NOT recommend buying from this company. Power Sports Max is extremely rude and do not stand behind their product or warranties. We just got a 110cc for my daughter and it doesn’t work from the start. They tried to say it isn’t defective and will not send a new one. I can’t return it unless I pay $250 plus 30% restocking for a product that my daughter never got to ride. We had a mechanic look at it and I tried to have the company send the parts but they said it has to be reviewed and have no idea how long it will take but to plan a minimum of 2-3 weeks. I tried calling to talk to customer service and the ladies are extremely rude and hung up twice. So bottom line these are cheap products and the company can not be counted on to support you! DO NOT BUY FROM POWER SPORTS MAX!!

We purchased a 125cc ATV in May of 2019. The crate came as expected, easy assembly, and it fired right and ran well after assembly. The only real problem we encountered was the steering column. We lubricated often and purchased some wider handle bars to improve. in February of 2020 the handle bars completely seized and would not rotate. I isolated the binding at the base of the steering post where it is mounted and passes through a plate at the base of the frame near where the tie rods are connected. Powersports max was responsible to my inquiries , however; they were unable to provide me with parts even at my expense to repair. I have found a similar steering pole on Amazon and will have to manufacture the assembly including cutting parts out and welding. 10 months after purchase I have an inoperable atv that parts cannot be purchased for. I will have to source and fabricate locally.

I would limit my recommendation to this" If you are capable of working on these including fabrication... go for it. The price and the quality are much less than top name brands.

I bought a go kart from powersportsmax, when I received it the package did not have an instruction manual with it so I had to figure how to assemble it by pictures on line. The first day that my son tried to ride it, it would not go anywhere. I called tech support and they said that it was the clutch and said that i would have to fix it myself but they would send the part to me. A little over a week went by so i called to check on it and they told me that it was still under review. I asked the woman on the phone about how long it would take before they sent out the part and she got very rude with me and said she cant give me an answer to that and hung up on me. I then tried to call back several times and was repeatedly hung up on. So bottom line is my son got a go kart for Christmas that he still cant ride and i don't know what to tell him about when he can ride it.
