Avoid at all costs they are scammers ordered vapes on1st may and two weeks later still didn’t have any vapes contacted them multiple times and they always had some excuse so requested a refund otherwise I would take a legal action scammers

AVOID AT ALL COST'S, TAKING PAYMENT WHEN ITEMS NOT IN STOCK!!!!
Ordered on 2nd May 2025 AM, informed 2-3 business days for delivery!! When i emailed them on 7th May, I was told they are awaiting stock, and delivery by end of week. Emailed again on the 12th May for update - NO RESPONSE, another email sent on 13th May, they finally responded on 14th May to say will be another week before delivery!!
IF YOU DON'T HAVE IT IN STOCK WHY TAKE ORDERS!!!!
Demanded an immediate refund and informed bank of potential 'scam', lets see how quickly the refund hits my account!!!

Wrong 1st impression

So my 1st impression wasn’t the best with my 1st order as it took a week to arrive but I gave them the second chance as I ordered over the weekend I’m glad I did ordered 2nd time £70 order unfortunately 3 items was out of stock which should be (updated on website)but even with that they was quick to replace the 3 missing which was the ivg5500 I’ve placed another order which i received today as I spoke to my postman and explained about the parcel to insure i received it due to Royal Mail not delivering or taking vape deliveries because of the battery’s within the vapes the only issue I now come across is if I don’t get Royal Mail I have to pay £6 delivery for dpd which is expensive If id like to order every week or 2 I’m hoping there may be a new option for dpd delivery if u spend a certain amount like they have for rm, power vape staff seem happy enough to help with any issues etc when i have any inquiries or questions with stock or delivery or dispatch only thing id say to work on is the writing and language of your reply’s with more info rather than being 1 sentence but apart from that which isnt a massive issue for me just would maybe help them for customer service:)

Scammers and liars

Scammers, email me saying my flavor choice was out of stock and asked me to choose from a list that they provided, a very limited list!. I asked for a refund instead but they ignored it several times so decided to ask for something else (A choice of 5 other things) but they also said it was out of stock! I asked for a refunds several more times but was ignored. I eventually exchanged for £60 worth of e-liquid of a really cheap brand I didn’t want. I would never order from here again. Most of what they advertise is not stocked. Furthermore the chat function for help doesn’t work and the website does not allow filtering etc.

Scammers!

Been vaping for years and can tell when


Been vaping for years and can tell when something's a knockoff, but these guys sell vapes that are definitely authentic. My brother got the same one as me from a different shop and his died after a week. Mine's still going strong after 2 weeks of heavy use. No leaking issues either.

You scam me

You scam me. I pay with my last dollars that I desperately needed to feed my sick son suffering from illness. You waste my time that I spend on sending emails wich you barley responding to and towards the end just completely ignoring me. Because of you I have suffered economicly, physically and mentally to a point where I suffered panic attacks. The worst part is that you never refunded me, said sorry or even acknowledge your mistake. I feel truly sorry for your future customers if you have any. Thanks to revolut bank I got my money back from these scammers.

Very very bad shop/ gave me wrong order

Very very bad shop. I ordered 10x al fakher dual modes vapes. But I got the old version with very bad taste. I emailed them several times saying I would like a refund. They told me that I would receive the goods I ordered, but nothing arrived for several weeks. They no longer respond to my emails either.

Very bad customer service,have been


Very bad customer service,have been repeatedly been given the run around, bought 4 eliquids 4 weeks ago and received wrong order, contacted seller to tell them and was told they would sort it, they told to keep the wrong order and they would refund me my money except for the postage because they didn't have the originalutemsi ordered in stock , i offered to return the wrong order if they sent me a return postage label, they said not to worry and keep item or they would send the items i ordered but a different nicotine strength,after multiple phonecalls andtext messages still haven't received a refund 3 weeks.

Bought some of the viral Dubai


Bought some of the viral Dubai chocolate for gifts for Christmas for my partner and her mom. Bought two bars that were quite expensive but I was happy to pay as it’s hard to get here in the UK. Both came and one was fine and the other was damaged. I sent them an email asking what they could do to rectify the issue, after a few days I had a response saying sorry for the issue we can offer you 10% off your next purchase. I wrote back immediately saying I appreciate your offer but it hasn’t solved the issue of the damaged bar. They never responded. They wernt interested. I rang the shop twice, on both occasions I was told it wasn’t very good and they would get in touch with head office to see what they could do for me. They never responded either. All I was told was it was mentioned in the company WhatsApp about my issue and I was just to be parred off with 10% and never seem to be bothered. Honest opinion from me is I wouldn’t bother with them. If you ever have any issues they won’t resolve for you. SAVE YOUR MONEY OR SPEND IT SOMEWHERE RLSE!!!

We’d like to clarify that our Dubai chocolates are authentic and directly imported from Fix in Dubai. Due to the nature of these products, we’ve clearly noted on our product page that:
“We take great care to ensure your chocolate arrives in perfect condition by using the best possible delivery service. However, we are not responsible for any damage that may occur during transit. Damaged items are not eligible for refunds.”

This is because chocolates, being 100% real, are highly sensitive to temperature and handling during long-distance shipping. Even though we use frozen gel packs and protective packaging, minor damage such as melting or cracking can occasionally occur and is considered natural for this kind of product.

While we do offer refunds or replacements for most damaged products, this specific item is an exception due to its delicate nature. That’s why we initially offered you a 10% discount on your next order as a gesture of goodwill.

That said, we regret not following up more promptly after your second message, we agree that you deserved a clearer and more timely response. Your feedback has been taken seriously and we will make sure it’s used to improve our communication moving forward.

Terrible

What a farce, I ordered 2 vapes and paid for DPD next day delivery. I expected my order to arrive on Tuesday of the following week. After 2 phone calls and a couple of messages I was told the items where not in stock so I requested a refund. Nothing as of yet and I will have to wait 14 days before I can get a refund from my bank which is appalling as they where very quick to take and hold my money. I'm sure this is against the consumer rights act.
