I thought I was one of a few to
Fall for this scam.but apparently not. I experienced the same as many being scammed. By this company. They need to be reported to the Police as fraudsters. I was about to contact after my two week wait for a refund of £198 to learn that the live chat that I have been using is no longer available now there’s a surprise.
I paid immediately when I ordered the so called wondrous Gummies for my partner who has Osteoarthritis in her hip to try and help her with the pain, how can these people sleep at night stealing money from us being OAP’s £198 is a lot and we have nothing to show for it, just stress and despondency. My blood boils thinking of how many others might also have been duped. So far we have waited weeks for our refund which we probably will never see.
One last point I reported my case to Barclaycard straight away after ordering this product and told them to put a hold on payment which they did put on a pending status when I checked my credit card shortly afterwards they had paid these crooks, so I’ll be giving them a ring tomorrow!!!

Like other people on this review site, I was duped into believing a great price for 3 units and get 5, but once I'd pressed the buy button that price was for each unit. £198.00!?! On attempting to cancel straight away, I was told that the order had been processed so too late to cancel. So, please return goods once received, but hadn't realised goods were from USA, so had to wait delivery. so after 2/3 weeks returned goods, but strangely to a UK address in Essex, only to be told that only after receipt the full refund would be actioned but will take up to 14 working days. Plus I asked for my return postage as was their error initially! Surely this is against the UK's trades ACT? The client has to pay immediately, but the company don't. By this practice, they are exploiting the client by gaining further interest on money that is not theirs and defrauding ALL clients in the mean time.
The advert needs to be made far more transparent, but unfortunately as it stands at present that it appears deliberatly to fool any potential customer.

Be very careful dealing with these people, make sure too read the small print. They took an unauthorised payment of £53 from my bank. Not as a follower-up. No ! for a product never heard of. Didn't want or was interested in. Then blamed on me for not reading the fine print. Haven't been on the tablets a month. So in that regard, I cant comment. Though as far as customer services go, no use at all. All they do is quote small print at you. Personally I will never use them again. I don't trust companies who take unauthorised payments, to sell you something, you neither asked for, or in my case, never heard of. If I could given them a no star rating, I would of done. Oh and to add insult to injury. I have to wait for this unknown product to arrive from America 🇺🇸. Then send it back, me paying p/p if I want a full refund 0/10. They go under 2 names. When they take money out of your account, they go by ( Healthy-Body-Store ) The other name is Prime Health Zone. This customer support based, or so they make out but be aware !!

Looking at previous reviews my story is the same! Can only describe it as being conned out of £198. Realised straight away and started a chat to cancel order. Sorry, order placed and paid for cannot cancel. Likewise Bank response! After several ‘chats’ a ‘return merchandise authorisation’ form was received. Order now being shipped from Utah,USA! Refund will be made, minus cost of shipping!! Yea right. I suppose it is a waste of time complaining to Facebook for showing advert! I was sucked in by recommendations of Edwina Curry and Dragons Den. Yes, I am an old fool.!

This company is not to be trusted. They will refuse to cancel your order, they also trade under a different name, the orginal transaction will be declined and then prime health zone will apply for the money through your bank.

I saw an advert for Kara's orchard cbd gummies, that was endorsed by Dragon's Den, as a cure for Tinnitus, so I thought I was dealing with an English company. This was advertised by the Mail on line. It appeared to show 3 bottles at half price with 2 free for £39.60. Worth trying to get rid of this ringing noise in my ears that I've had for years so I put my order in and then checkout just by passes the bit were you see what you ordered and the price before confirming and went straight to taking out £198. I felt physically sick at that, as its more than my weekly pension. When I got through on the live chat and asked for an explanation, I was informed it was £39.60 x 5 bottles so it was my mistake. I said the advert was still on the website saying 2 free bottles so they said the would refund me for those, which they did a few days later, under the name of Top Star Supplements. I did try and cancel the transaction through my bank , but they wouldn't because the payment was pending, they would only look into it if I didn't receive the goods. I am now on my second bottle of gummies, which are just like [very expensive] sugary fruit pastilles, and my tinnitus is as bad as ever, sometimes I think it is worse with the stress of all this. I decided not to return them as I did not want the added stress of hoping I would get my money back, and I hoped they just might work. Now I see from some other posters on here that I will probably get an invoice for import duty as well. All in all a dreadful experience., I don't know how they have got away with treating customers like this.

Advertising misleading. Ordered 5 bottles of Keto for the price of 3. Which by the way do not work. Took money for 5 out of my account, £198. Emailed to try and cancel order, 1 day later told unable to cancel as order already awaiting despatch, offered 50% discount which I did receive. Next con, 3 months later I have now received a bill from DHL for Import Duty and VAT. Avoid this company at all costs. Would not accept 0 stars so unfortunately 1 star rating.

this is a con site, they wont even tell you why there are 3 different company names mentioned do not fall for it...

No stars. Scam. World's most expensive fruit gums. Misled by website as to cost and ordered 3. I was shocked when the price came up at £198. Rang and tried to cancel immediately not allowed. Said I could return but I didn't trust the site to refund me. They did allow me to change my order to one tub. I decided that was the best I could hope for. Kicking myself for not checking reviews before ordering.

absolute con . bought 5 bottles of keto complete cost £198 i have actually put weight on . i bought with the dawn french endorsement . she has since let it be known she never ever used this product . tried to contact them no chance . if you wish to lose weight put the £200 in an ash tray and burn it you will have more chance of at least losing the weight of the money . do not touch these con merchants unless you have money to burn .

THIS DESERVES NO STARS! Robbing company avoid at all cost. States one price on the Internet and it takes hundred pounds in your account. Item sent back over 12 days ago still no refund the people on the phone extremely rude and I think trading standards needs to be fully involved in this company. When I spoke to the customer service rep on the phone she was refused to tell me where she was based as in America or the UK and said that it did not matter and was extremely abrupt and said do you still want me to help you name is Katherine. Please people avoid this company it’s so upsetting to think that people are using this company for health reasons and they are purely robbing them. Please everyone report to trading standards

Despite misgivings about a refund it has been credited today. Return was straightforward and company acknowledged receiving goods. Not a total scam after all for us but still urge people not to fall for misleading adverts.
Have given the company another star as gesture of goodwill for the refund we never thought we’d see.

I wish I had checked this before except, I ordered from Kara's Orchards, the payment was taken from My Nutri Distributors and we're complaining about Prime Health Zone so they couldn't be checked out.Seems to be a complete scam. Kara's Orchards, has testimonials on screen from Dame Maggie Smith, Judi Dench, Esther Rantzen.You buy one bottle you think for £39.60 (with two free) this is called offer 5, next thing without any option to review you have paid £198 and the money is taken immediately. It's taken by a company called My Nutri Distributors but customer service is with a company called Prime Health Zone. I complained of course. They have issued a refund for £158.40 Will let you know if that transpires. CBD oil is available from reputable chemists please don't be sucked in like me. Updated 17.6.21 Refunded £158.40 of £198 taken. I called Prime Health Zone within 5 mins of transaction though some may not notice the charge.

What I don’t understand is why prime health zone is still allowed to operate I am another victim that fall for the lies and claims should there be some kind of protection for the consumer i’ve paid £99 for some pasties of which they claim it cures tinnitus 🤦‍♂️

Absolutely awful. Scammed out of £198.00 for a product that looks like children's sweets and has no affect on me. Avoid!

I have just received my 50% refund… along with a tracking link for the product. Pleasantly surprised.

All I can say to anyone who finds themselves in this situation is to be assertive in your complaint. I went down the road of telling them legal action was pending, acted swiftly once I realised what had happened by contacting them immediately.

As previous reviewers have said I was under the impression I was paying £39.60 - 3 bottle + 2 free naively… too good to be true, yes it is. I re read the offer and saw it does actually say per bottle. Something I missed but it’s there so £118.80 for the 3 + 2 free… so they’re shipping them out really for £23.76 each. Or so I thought.
Instantly once my card details were entered the money was taken from my account and an email confirming the purchase arrived showing I had paid the £198, as so many have. They had in fact charged me £39.60 for each bottle… there were no free items.
I contacted the phone number on the confirmation email and spoke to a guy who told me that I cannot cancel as he does not have that facility to do so and then proceeded to tell me it clearly shows the total cost at the bottom of the page once scrolled down, which as you all know, it does not. In fact I went back in and entered bogus details just to double check and it certainly does not allow you to review or amend your order prior to confirmation.
My bank usually has a verification page which checks out websites etc before they process payment, but this didn’t happen so I will be having a chat with my bank.

The chap said that although he could not cancel my order he could amend it, having three options to choose from. TBH I can’t remember all three but I opted for 50% refund and all of the five bottles which works out at £19.80 each.

That was yesterday 12/06/21 and today after some thought decided to challenge their misrepresentation of the product etc… and payment methods.
A customer representative went through all my concerns and stayed polite and helpful and as far as I could see was doing her best to help me.

I have my full transcript of the Live Chat and also confirmation of the 50% refund agreement. She also emailed the return shipping instructions for me should I want to return the product.

This all sounds very positive but realistically, proof is in the pudding… until I receive my refund and able to return the product in line with their 60 day terms and conditions policy and get the remaining balance Im sceptical of the outcome.

I will also be informing the Ombudsmen and Trading Standards to support others complaints made against this sham of a company.

The same complaint time after time. This company's words are lies. I fell for 2 for 1 and was suddenly charged £190.00. They refused to cancel and said I could apply for a returns number after delivery. Has anyone ever been supplied with a returns no. I have tried going on for 5 attempts - TOTALLY IGNORED. Do Not trust this company.

Using Piers Morgan's, Mary Berry's and Dragon's Den's name to recommend Kara CBD gummies and offer a free bottle to try is a scam. The offer "expires" at midnight. You end up being charged £198. This company should be investigated. I am hoping their offer of a refund is genuine.
