Only wish I'd read these reviews before! I've been scammed out of £198 by these scumbags. The online advert is totally misleading, and the way that the payment goes through immediately without any opportunity to check the total is surely fraudulent and illegal?
They refused to cancel the order despite me ringing them within minutes. I contacted my bank immediately, but as the payment was already showing as 'pending', they said they couldn't stop it. I apparently now have to wait to see if the goods arrive - if so I can return them for a refund. If not received after 30 days, I understand that I can raise a complaint with the bank.
I'd be interested to hear if anyone has been successful in getting a refund, either from the company or their bank.
This company really need to be stopped conning people, and as a start I've filled in a form online to report them to the Advertising Standards Agency for online fraud.
I'm also going to contact Trading Standards.
As someone else said, if I could give PRIME HEALTH ZONE zero points (or better still minus points) I would!

I have had the same with this company charged me £198.00 with no product sent so the same as all these other reviews cannot get on the chat line this morning so they have £198.00 of mine but no tracking number as they promised.

How is this allowed to go on we have no protection from these scams something should be done they must be making thousands of pounds for this scam.

SO DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOOSE YOUR MONEY, I cancelled this order 2 mins after ordering because it was not what I asked for but same reply as everybody else that they could not cancel the order.

In the ad they used Dragon's Den in support of their "CBD Gummies " and I was foolish enough to order the recommended special offer of three packs for the price of one for £39.95. Horrified to find they charged me over £199 for 5 packs, no free packs. Immediately contacted my card company and a dispute will be raised and card blocked.

Horrible! Thought I was getting one bottle and got multiples and multiples and things I did not order. Charged my card. No manager and won’t refund!

Do not order anything from this company, they Will rip you off, they've just scammed me for the best part of £100, avoid at all costs. They also go by the name KARA’S Orchards CBD Gummies!! STAY AWAY!! 👎🖕No doubt I won't receive my goods now!!

As with everyone here, I was also scammed but thought I'd give them a go. However, I was also scammed with a bottle of detox pills that I didn't order but apparently when I bought the original package it automatically signs you up for monthly 'refills' even though it was a totally different type. I returned them but still waiting for my money two weeks later.

This company is totally mis-selling their products (kara’s cbd gummies) which have been backed by the Dragons Den!
I thought I was ordering a product for £39.99 only to be sent an email after I had paid, for a total of £198 . I contacted the co. They would not cancel the order or refund me. Do not trust this company. Do not buy from them.

These people are dishonest. They now use a website (premium-cbd-gummies.) to make their sales and bypass or opt out of normal security measures that my bank use for verification of purchase. Normally I can see actual cost of purchase before I confirm, after having had a six digit verification number sent to my phone from the bank. This company have been allowed to opt out of of these measures. What’s the point of having these security measures if fraudulent companies can opt out. Seems to me that banks are being at best being really stupid, and if not stupid then totally complicit.. Sickening to hear bank representatives say that they cannot stop a pending payment. After some considerable effort I was able to get my full refund. I have requested that the company remove my details from their database, but very much doubt that they will do this..

I Immediately contacted them after the misleading price hike but got a pitiful response.
This company is to be avoided at all costs! They use the Dragon's Den as seen on TV as a positive reference for their product & if this inference is correct I think Dragon's Den should look into it.

A scam!! Pure and simply. Just like every other post. Selected what looks to be one bottle of gummy bear, smoking cessation and was instantly charged £198. Have contacted bank and stopped payment and reported the fraudulent process. I then spoke on live chat with the company and informed them. They immediately said if I’d agree to the purchase and pay them again and keep the product they would only charge me 50% of the original price. I said no. Then they suggested if I send them 50% of the price and when I returned them the already shipped items ( could not cancel order, so they claimed) they would refund me when they received the product back. This all happened within 48 hours of purchase. I contacted them the first time within 5 minutes of seeing the amount they took from my card. I have cancelled the card and reported the fraud. I have since been sent an email stating that my purchase is on its way??? Nightmare. Steer clear at all cost!

Avoid this company. Their advert says you pay £39 for a jar of CBD gummy bears. When you have ordered you find £198 has been taken from your account. Banks are slow to action a payback. What is most upsetting is that this scam targets the most vulnerable- those in great pain. I would imagine that they get away with this a lot of the time because the group of people they target may not have the resources to follow their complaint through.

As everybody has said, these are just scammers based in the USA. I thought I was paying £38 but they charged me £198.
Impossible to get in touch with anyone. Lloyds Bank less than helpful and told me I had to wait 14 days before they could open a dispute. I am normally very cautious and have never been scammed before, but the website is misleading and damn right lies.

My wife ordered what appeared to be a bottle of CBD gummies for £39.60, but was charged £198. She immediately contacted them to cancel the order, but received no response. She contacted the bank and cancelled her card, and I contacted Prime via live chat. I harassed them for several hours, on and off, until, surprisingly, they refunded our money in full.

There are several points that should set off alarm bells:
1. there are many positive reviews of Kara's Orchards, which makes the actual product look legitimate, but all on sites I have never before seen and all in the same pidgin English.
2. the site you are led to has a name of letters, no business details and no Trustpilot entry.
3. the confirmation comes from primehealthzone, which has a terrible reputation, but you cannot find this out until after you buy.
4. the payment is made to a different company in the UK.
5. the product supposedly ships from the US, which I find hard to believe, but it allows them to fob you off for a couple of weeks.
6. nowhere do they give any addresses. Return addresses given to me, under intense pressure, were Bootle Post Office and Fedex in Basildon.
7. Live Chat agents told me several stories: the goods have already shipped from the US (30 mins after ordering), a discount was offered (still making it the most expensive CBD around) and I was cut off repeatedly.
I persevered, and when I was on live chat and talking to my bank at the same time, I was hurriedly offered and given a refund once Prime realised. Maybe I was just too much hassle: I certainly tried to be.

The original payment was in my pending payments for several days (which Lloyd's refused to address), but when the refund was made, they also took another £198 from us immediately, without authorisation. Lloyd's again classed this as a dispute, even though I had not agreed to the charge. Fortunately, Prime did not call the pending amount, even though I could not stop them, so we are not out of pocket.

One of the most disappointing aspects of this was Lloyd's Bank fraud team's lame performance. My advice would be to persevere with Prime's frustrating Live Chat, harass your bank, make sure Prime know you are calling it fraud - and cross your fingers.

I ordered some keto pills from this site - very expensive - nearly £200 for 5 bottles. Hey Ho lets give it a try I thought, 6 weeks later my diet loss has been the same steady rate so cannot pass comment either way. The most shocking thing was a month later £53 was deducted from my account for a pack of 30 cleansing pills which I neither ordered nor wanted. That was on th 26th of March. Seven weeks on despite returning the pills I still have not the money refunded.

Do not buy. Definite scam. Went to bank and contacted fraud line who repayed back into my account £198. I thought I was paying for 3 bottles at £39.60 each but they took payment of £198.00. I ordered on Saturday 8th May. They took payment on Monday 10th May. I received no update of email for delivery date only invoice of payment. Tried the online chat which didn't work. 48 hours had gone by with no communication so I went into my bank and put a stop on my bank card visa debit account and claimed it was a scam. I cancelled my order with Kara and emailed to say consumer rights give 14 days money back. Kara put £99 after I said they had misled and defrauded me and I had informed my banks fraud department. I asked for my remainder £99 paid back but they emailed saying I had to send goods back once received to get the rest back. I have still not received any goods it is now 15th May which is 7 days since my order was placed. I was informed by the bank that no such items had been shown on TV only reported in the Daily Mail. If anyone has ordered cancel your order now and say they are a scam.
How despicable to prey on people with ill health. Should be reported to Matt Alright Trading Standards and consumer rights. Absolute Scammers.

What is going on? Order placed through Kara’s Orchard. 3 for 5 @ £39.60 which should have been £118.80 but charged £198.00. I have since had a refund of £79.20 which would make this correct, however reply from Prime Health Zone advising payment on statement would show Nutriments Online. Nutriments Online is dog/cat food! Also advised a tracking number will be sent within 48hrs which I have not received. Had a live chat and now saying tracking will take between 5 to 7 days and delivery between 2 to 3 weeks following that. Telephoned my credit card company to recall payment, they advise only after 30 days. I do not hold out much hope of ever receiving my order and I believe this to be a SCAM and urge anyone else of thinking of placing an order with Kara’s Orchard to think again. If you want to speak to Prime Health, before doing so they ask for email, order number and credit card details. If that doesn’t ring alarm bells I don’t know what does. Credit card company advised these scammers, once they have your credit card details they will send on to third parties which then sign you up to a subscription and they take money from your account. They have been blocked and my card cancelled. Amen,

I have just been conned,,my heart dropped when I saw how much they ad charged me ,by this time it was too late,,got straight on to customer services but I new wen they were sending identical replies ,,I went on live chat + spoke to some1 told them I'm a vulnerable person + this amount out my bank will stop me paying bills,,wished I was av checked the reviews,😢

Please do not have anything to do with the company they lead you into falsely giving your details. I placed an order which should have been for 1 bottle plus 2 free for the sum of £39.98. I was then billed for £198.98

Please back away from this company. They rip you off.
