I have had the same experience buying CBD gummies clicked the buy 1 get 2 free and ended up being charged £198. I called immediately and was told I couldnt cancel but could reduce the order to 1 bottle and then have to pay to return them. I have contacted them to complain via email but no response. I've contacted them just now via chat and they claim the reviews on Trust pilot do not relate to their company and they have no such offer that I am describing and asked me to prove the website to them. They have called me a liar. I will advise trading standards.

i would vote minus 5 if possible ...absolute scammers, you should be ashamed of yourselves. i had £198 taken also....just like everyone else...i didnt order this amount...the total wasnt disclosed until after i had paid... i immediately tried to cancel the order but livechat were rude & blunt & unhelpful. an absolute disgrace...im now trying to find details to return them & and every link refuses to connect...i will be reporting them to trading standards & facebook unless i get return postage paid & a full refund. i shall also be contactinfg my bank to raise a dispute over this transaction....somebody needs to contact me immediately.

I would not even give this one star. Like everyone else I was scammed. I am 88 years old and thought initially I made a mistake. I have lost £198 which I can ill afford. The live chat was no use at all, very rude response suggesting I had ordered all those bottles- they even added something else which I had not looked at, cost £53 so I cancelled the card and hope payment hasn’t been taken for this.

I too. Bought keto complete tablets on 6/6/21 and was charged £129 for 3 bottles which was more than stated I thought I clicked the wrong thing after 48 hrs no confirmation of tracking number which was advised at purchasing so went to trustpilot and saw reviews. I done live chat and threatened to report if not genuine and they agreed to refund £43
They sent the tracking email and a email stating to be refunded £43 within 2 to 6 days tracking said cleared at Basildon customs on 8/6/21 and Hermes delivered today the 10/6 so 4 days from USA was quick for me but will need to wait to see if refunded so I am waiting to see if I get a bill from customs like other people
But I did notice amazon selling these at £39 a bottle so I have not been overcharged too much. Update. £43 credit given 11/6 so I guess I am lucky keep fighting and threaten them

Be warned these are scammers. I did the same. Ordered one bottle for £39.60. I then got my order email saying 5 bottles ordered at £198. I quickly checked my credit card account and their it was £198 taken from my card. I managed to go on chat with customer service. I threatened to report them to UK trading standards and Facebook. It took ages to sort out. To cut a long story short. I managed to get £118 back. I ended having to buy 2 bottles. I wonder if the gummies are dangerous to take. I've tracked the order and are on their way. Usually if I use my credit card. I get a message to ask if its me making the purchases and the amount and if I agree I get a text code. This didn't happen. It went straight through. Otherwise I would have stopped the order.
Thus company needs reporting and banned from advertising their product. They used Draggons Den in the advertising. SCAM AVOID

BEWARE THESE ARE SCAMMERS
My husband of 66 is yet another scammed person. He ordered one bottle at £39.60 , but told 5 bottles costing £198 when the one and only email came through. A complete rip off. This company should not be allowed to trade or advertise. Google search engine also to blame for allowing it to advertise and putting it at top of list.

I too have had the same experience. I ordered expecting a charge of £39 to then be charged £198! Phoned Prime Health within 5 mins and strangely got offered a £99 discount which I took. Then 5 days later got a notification saying it would be dispatched from the US I called them again and said I had taken legal advise and if I didn't get a full refund I would be reporting their fraudulent transaction to Trading Standards. They without any arguments agreed to refund the other £99 which I have today received; I was a sweet s pie to them thought this was the best way. Sorry not to have posted before but wanted to make sure I had got refund first. My credit Card could not refund the payment though but gave good advise. Hope this helps some of you with this horrible scam!

Seriously, avoid this company. Like others, I ordered only 1 bottle of Gummies but I was sent 5 and charged £198 with no review of total before checkout. I've sent them back for a refund but was charged a further £198. I'm pursuing reimbursement through my credit card provider. Complete scam marketing.

You have to leave one star in order to write a review but this company should be receiving minus stars!! Like everyone else I thought I was ordering 1 bottle at £39 but £198 was very quickly withdrawn from my account. A friend's email address was hijacked in order to contact me and I am appalled at the way Prime Health do business and set out "to con" people.

This company have mislead us all! Likewise I ordered and then found they had taken nearly two hundred pounds that I could ill afford. Just received an e mail saying at checkout I ordered some detox substance, I did not. They are scammers, wish I had read these reviews first! I have cancelled this supposed order and will be on the phone tomorrow to get any refunds due.

I too had £198 taken out of my bank by this scandalous company but was determined to beat them. After repeated correspondence via e mail and obstacles put in my way I persisted and my last e mail informed them I was going to report them to action fraud UK and Facebook . Amazingly today I had a full refund into my bank. Don't buy anything from Facebook as many people have been scammed by fake adverts on there...if you see something you like go to the official site of the company.

So angry. I thought that as it went through Dragons Den and had so many positive remarks I was safe. I read it as three bottle for £39.95 each and two free - what a joke. You do not even get a chance to check the final amount - it just went through and the money was out of my account before I could blink. Customer Service is useless - just endless lies about Covid problems and may get the goods in a month - maybe being the operative word. If only I had read this first.

Impossible situation - like others thought i was paying £39 and it was £198? I cannot cancel the transaction as within seconds it went through my card. THe only way to can get my money back is to fill in paper form

Be aware this company is completely out to rob you and needs investigation. Makes it impossible to contact them and takes money out of your account without your consent. Go to your bank to stop orders.

Like everyone else on here, I didn’t realise until it was too late how much I have paid. I am so angry at not reading the reviews first which is what I usually do. Their very good marketing techniques and so called link to Dragon’s Den gave them an on the surface legitimacy. I am going to try to report them to trading standards or somewhere similar.

When I try to cancel the order was told I could not. Please learn from my mistakes this company is scam do not order keto or anything from them.

One star is too many for this company although it could get 5 stars for the biggest scam ever. Overall rating is zero. DO NOT buy Kara's Orchards Gummies, I paid £129 for 3 bottles which were advertised at £43 a bottle for 2 bottles plus 1 free. You do not get any free bottles, they are all £43 each. My daughter ordered these for me as the website doesn't accept debit cards and I don't have a credit card. It's possible that debit cards aren't accepted as Visa would realise that the site is a scam and stop payments. It seems that despite the website telling you they are available in the UK they are actually sent from the US.If you wish to buy Gummies in the UK use a well known "High Street" shop which sells them at £43 a bottle off the shelf. At least you know your purchase is genuine. Apparently any comments made on the Facebook page for Kara's Gummies are deleted by the company as, like this review page, those comments are 100% negative. Like others, I wish I had known about the Trust Pilot reviews as I wouldn't have then placed an order.

Total scam ...... tried to contact them within 2 minutes of order going through but unable to get in touch with them... £198 taken out of bank. Managed to get online chat after numerous attempts after the weekend but ignored request to cancel order as had been dispatched!!. Credit card company would not stop payment as already pending. Goods eventually arrived after 4 weeks ... now received a bill from DHL for import duty totalling £60 4 months after order made.!! Steer clear of this website!!
