Principia put together a comprehensive case which resulted in us winning our case. The final product was very good - I did feel at times that I was left out of the loop, but the quality of their work was unquestionable.

On the whole a very good service. One piece of unhelpful advice very early on followed by a professional service and a successful outcome.

Fast to resolve the case, I would use them again

Good service at eventually settling a no fault claim that was being contested by the third party insurer.

Principia law has been very poor in dealing with my case. A simple no-fault claim where a driver reversed into my wife's car. The accident occurred on 30th May 2019. I have had to resend the same information 3 times and still not resolved in December 2021. Avoid at all costs.

Principia Law have been assisting me throughout a long ongoing process, they were kind, friendly and so very helpful! Nothing but helpful and I really felt I had someone on my side and working with me! Couldn’t fault them at all, kept me updated through emails, responded quickly and were patient with me also.

I recently had a very good experience with Principia Law. We were involved in a no fault crash which the third party had challenged. Aman Mir from Principia calmly helped us with the case which resulted in the third party agreeing a settlement for the losses.

Principia Law are probably the worst company in the UK. If I could have given less than 1 star I would have. This firm was instructed to act on MY behalf, with Mr Christopher Field dealing with my case. Throughout the lengthy period this case took, the lack of communication by Mr Field was unbelievable. Numerous telephone messages, and emails went unanswered. Promises made to discuss statements etc were never kept and I was expected to print a 150 page court document at my own expense. Which should have been sent by Mr Christopher Field, and may have been, if he’d bothered to do what was necessary in sufficient time. A fact which shocked counsel on the day of the the hearing. I was also given the wrong name for counsel representing me. I have submitted a receipt for the cost of the printer ink which has not been acted upon, and I feel ignored. In short I feel Mr Field thought this case was below him as he had much bigger cases, his own words. I have dealt with Solicitors and Barristers on a regular basis in my 30 year career, and I have to say this is the poorest performance by far. In short I am glad this matter has come to a conclusion, and should the need arise for me to need legal representation again, I will definitely be looking elsewhere.

Following a non blame road traffic accident the defendant was refusing to pay for damage and hire car fees.
