Taylor Mahindru is a real credit to this business, professional, polite and always made time for any questions I had and put me at ease, my only disappointment is that i wasn’t allocated Taylor at the start of my claim but better late then never !

Would rate this a ZERO if I could. I had a non fault accident , someone drove into the back of my car whilst I was stationary. From day 1 they have been rude and blaming me for the accident from the start. I had to go to court on a day when I was genuinely ill with a stomach bug. Told if I do not turn up it will be my fault and I will have to pay all legal costs and the other insurers too. I have been bombarded with rude and unprofessional emails and texts.I have been told I'm a liar and I'm not ill , they told me that `we make cancer sufferiors go to court`.Dealing with these people has been an absolute nightmare. This caused me massive stress and anxiety. I would stear clear and never use them. They sound like desperate cowboys who are unprofessional and rude. I strongly advise to never ever use these people.

Always very reassuring. Always spoke to me or got back to me when I really needed them too.

Excellent communication and get back to emails very quickly.

I just wish to thank Samera Begum from Principia law for winning my case for me she is a real star!!!

It was a non fault car hire case which she took over from which I was not at fault. It became very, stressful to me especially having to give sensitive information i.e bank statements my mind could not accept. I suffer with anxiety and some of the moments I got cross and angry but Samera was so lovely and understanding and never gave up and when i spoke to her she would put my mind at ease she was very calming and professional.

Highly recommend went above and beyond even called the night before the trial! . I was involved in a RTA where the third party denied accountability . Would just like to say an absolutely massive thankyou to Shefali for dealing with my case. From start to finish she was always available, friendly, extremley professional and always kept me updated, even when she was on annual leave, a massive asset to the company.
Although it took a while to get my money, (which Shefali was constantly chasing and not her fault) I eventually got it along with a lovely email from her which made the wait seem not so bad after all.

Received good communication and also a good result

My case was ongoing for a while to the point i stopped chasing it up as i didn’t hear or have any updates back. Shehla Khan randomly phoned me about 4 weeks ago telling me she is handling the case and within that time she has kept me updated my phone and email and within 4 weeks everything has finally settled
and expected to be paid within 10 days so thank you very munch for that and you definitely went out your way!

I want to start by saying Aman Mir has been absolutely outstanding on my case. After an accident that wasn’t my fault in 2020 resulted in having to have a hire car - He has worked hard since day one to ensure my case was argued correctly! Making sure I understood every detail and listening to me stressing on the phone. Today we received fantastic news from our hearing that we have won it! I was very impressed with my barrister. She gave me all the details that I would need before the other barrister started talking. I did get stressed and my IBS flared up again but she was able to shorten the time I had to spend in court.My barrister deserved a good 10 if not more
