Pedí un calendario personalizado online y todo el proceso perfecto, muy muy sencillo de personalizar vía web y un rápido envío. A parte, bastante bien de precio! Muchas gracias!!

Estafadores
Pagas por un servicio y por un envío que no cumplen.
No responden nunca o responden con emails genéricos.

Tras realizar el pedido y cobrarme el importe, tenía serias dudas de si realmente había realizado el pedido o si había sido estafado. La información proporcionada por email es claramente insuficiente, la información del tracking de transporte es bastante confusa, y la posibilidad de hacer una consulta a un helpcenter es inexistente. Es todo fachada

La calidad del papel ha bajado mucho en comparación con otros años, y la entrega fatal, sin entrar en el buzón lo encajaron, por lo que se dobló que ha dejado marca, menos mal que por la parte de los números y no de las fotografías.

I have ordered a calendar as a Christmas present couple of weeks ago. Used printerpix.es website. Having recently moved to Spain, I specifically looked for a Spanish website to order a calendar. I did not realise that few years ago I have used printerpix.co.uk. I have completed an order and entered my Spanish address details just to realise that after clicking check out the website will pull my old uk address and ship it there ! I have spotted an error straight away and emailed printerpix within couple of minutes explaining the error. I have only received an automated email saying that the ticket has been created and that someone will get back to me within 48 hours. This was 8 days ago! The calendar was printed and despatched to my old address in the uk! I have emailed three-four times by now with no luck. Couriers unfortunately only accept address change if it comes from the seller. Money has been charged and I do not have the product. Overall, why would I use Spanish website to have something delivered to the uk?! Should there not be additional questions in cases like these?
By this point I just want a refund. Very disappointing. No customer service at all.

Llevo esperando más de un mes, he intentado contactar mil veces, no hay manera, son unos estafadores, buscad a otro

La portada esta muy oscura. Las imagenes no estan bien encuadradas en las paginas y hay líneas blancas a los lados. El papel esta ondulado.

cobrais un extra para que llegue urgente y ha pasado 25 dias y el paquete aun no ha llegado si sois muy rapidos para cobrar

Todavía no he recibido el lienzo.

Terrible! Ordered a calendar, two weeks later I'm fighting to get an update. The tracking numbers they send are incorrect and I just keep receiving 'your case has been resolved' emails. Constant advertising adverts yet no response to problems. It finally arrived four weeks after ordering and too late to give as a present

Todo correcto, muy bonito y bien hecho. Ha llegado más tarde de lo indicado en el momento de la compra, ellos han cumplido con el plazo pero el mensajero ha tardado bastante en hacer llegar el pedido

No he recibido el calendario. Me dicen que me contestarán a mi reclamación pero han pasado 4 días y nadie lo hace. No se actualiza la info del seguimiento del pedido. Me han perdido 3 calendarios. Pedido el 1 de diciembre y sin respuesta a día 18.
