Borderline fraudulent
Borderline fraudulent. This website poses as a .ca, but does not actually operate and/or ship from Canada. Stuck with huge duty fees, it would have been both less expensive and more convenient to purchase from a local business. On top of that, I paid extra for expedited 2 day shipping, which I've been notified will be delivered well outside of the window I paid for. Shame because the website has a solid selection of items, they're just not being fully and immediately transparent about their business which turns into a major issue as a consumer.
Edit: Liam, it has not been resolved. Taylor had the nerve to tell me that I should have done my due diligence, and did absolutely NOTHING to make the situation right. This clearly shows how little you actually care about your customers, and I am absolutely appalled with the level of customer service that I've received from your business.
