Terrible service and misleading information
I ordered the EVOC bike stand as I needed it for my flight back from France.
The website was showing 3 to 6 working days so I ordered 15 days ahead of my flight back.
Probikeshop only dealt with the order a week later… and the good started moving 9 days after my order. I have not received the transport stand in time.
I called the service center and after a long wait they try to apologise saying it’s the summer period.
The service is terrible and with misleading info. I will never order again with them.

Langwierige Retourenbearbeitung - unzuverlässiger Kundenservice
Relativ zügige Lieferung, aber die Erstattung der Retoure dauert viel zu lange. Schriftliche Anfragen werden erst nach 3 Tagen absolut unqualifiziert und unvollständig beantwortet. So wurde nach meiner Bestellnummer gefragt, obwohl ich sie als Betreff angab. Werde dort nicht mehr bestellen.
Edit: Nach der hiesigen Bewertung wurde der offene Betrag innerhalb von 24h erstattet. Deswegen die Korrektur.

Dopo l'ordine e pagamento di una camera bici, me hanno fatto una fattura in 4giorni.
Poi nessuna notizia, fino a quando dopo 2 settimane, ho telefonato, mi ha risposto un operatore francese che poi mi ha scritto che il paco era perso... Ho richiesto rimborso, sto aspettando la risposta in qualche settimana :)

Ich habe schlechte Erfahrungen mit Probikeshop gemacht und werde nie wieder dort bestellen. Ich warte seit 1,5 Monaten auf die Rückerstattung für eine Retoure und habe schon mindestens 10 Emails geschrieben. Leider reagiert nie jemand und ich bezweifle mittlerweile, dass ich den Betrag jemals zurück erstattet bekomme.

Do not use Pro Bike Shop.
After assembling my bike I discovered the forks were twisted and it is impossible to mount the wheel.
1. I have tried phoning Pro Bike Shop every day and no one answers
2. I have sent multiple emails but I have had no reply
3. It’s been two weeks since I have had my bike. It’s impossible to use and Pro Bike Shop are not replying to me

Un cable très costaud. Une bonne affaire.
On a utilisé le câble à plusieures reprises et on en est très content. On utilise la longueur totale du câble si on attache nos deux vélos à un poteau, mais si on attache qu'un velo, on plis le câble en deux. Tout simple!

This shop is a fake! I've ordered and payed bike Seriuos Athabasca. My order was just cancelled... I have never recived my bike. NOT RECOMMENDED!

Ho acquistato per mio nipote una bici bmx ( costo 377 euro ) mi dicono che la consegna è prevista in 5/6 giorni lavorativi,dopo il sesto giorno non ho notizie e quindi oltre alle mail inviate senz nessuna risposta chiamo il numero dedicato alle informazioni,mi rispondono elenco i fatti ,in risposta mi dicono adesso ci informiamo e poi tramite mail le facciamo sapere per quando sarà prevista la consegna,..........risposta tombale nessuno si fa sentire,complimenti......

WHERE IS MY BIKE?
I don't understand why I have not received my full order. I have ordered a bike and some other products. They have taken the money at my account, so I was really looking forward to receive my new bicycle. They've send me an email and one tracking number and an invoice where all the items were mentioned. Today I received the other products but no bicycle.
I only have this one tracking e-mail from them, I did not get any information about they sending me the accessories only. Now I am about to contact PayPal

Gute Preise und auch guten Support
Ich habe bei Probikeshop ein sehr teures Fahrradschloss gekauft.
Der ursprüngliche Preis war sehr gut und das Schloss wurde schnell geliefert.
Jetzt, nach knapp einem Jahr, hatte ich mehrfach Probleme mit dem Schloss: ich konnte den Schlüssel nicht mehr ganz einstecken und entsprechend nicht mehr auf- oder abschließen.
Ich habe dann einen Reklamationsfall inkl. 2-3 Fotos aufgemacht und nach ein paar Tagen bekam ich dann eine Rückmeldung und mir wurde ein Austauschschloss angeboten. Gestern kam dann mein neues Ersatzschoss an.
Also alles super und auch bei Problemen wird einem geholfen :).
Ich werde hier definitiv wieder bestellen.
