Website and making a purchase is very confusing.
I sent a email to customer service and have still not heard by 3 days later.

Started using FMD back in 2018

I started using FMD in 2018 when breast cancer was first found. I used for 6 consecutive months and I found it to be easy and I felt well. I used it every now and then, more to 'clean up my eating' which is easier to do after a 5 day FMD. Once I became metastatic (I'll always wonder if I kept with FMD if I could have avoided that 2nd diagnosis but life if full of 'woulda, coulda, shoulda' questions) I have found that side affects to the infusions are greatly decreased. Now, there are new flavors of soup which I love...and the 1 day fasts which I now do also. I love that I know that I am doing something good...not only for my body, but for my cells! And...it is easy, well researched and well supported with customer service people, texts, videos and FB.

I’ve done 11 or 12 Prolon 5 day fasts and my biological age is now 14 years younger (per Function Heath)!

The program was easy to follow and complete. Most of the food was surprisingly tasty. I did not experience excessive hunger. I was, however, a disappointed in the results. I only lost 2 pounds and did not notice any discernable change in my energy.

Each person is unique, and weight loss between rounds may vary based on several factors, including stress levels, dietary practices before or after the round, hydration, sleep, activity levels, or even the timing of your cycle. We also often hear from individuals who do not notice weight loss or changes until well after their round is completed.

It’s also important to note that the primary benefits of the 5-day Prolon fast are centered around cellular rejuvenation and metabolic support, while weight loss is considered a beneficial side effect. So even if you did not experience dramatic weight changes, your body may still have been receiving many of the fasting benefits.

In clinical studies, participants who completed one 5-day ProLon cycle per month for three consecutive months experienced an average weight loss of approximately 5.7–6 pounds by the end of the study, primarily from abdominal fat while helping preserve lean body mass.

I may just discontinue using this product due to lack of support.

Feel great!
