Sam has been a great help to me and my family. From the first day we met her she has been proactive in helping us find the right mortgage (including help to buy) and insurance. As first time buyers there was lots we were unsure about but Sam explained everything in a very clear, concise, professional and friendly manner - no question was too big or small. Overall the process of purchasing our property was very smooth and a large part of that was because of Sam.

Sam Nash was amazing throughout the whole process. She kept us updated every step of the way.

I would highly recommend Prosper Home Loans, I was told to go through them by a friend and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Paul dealt with my mortgage and as a first time buyer I was clueless about the process beforehand, he was happy to talk me through everything at every stage and I found it especially helpful that he was available until 9pm 7 days a week, as it meant anytime there was an issue or I had a question he was only a phone call away. Once I had all my documents ready and submitted my application they had my mortgage ready the next day! Will definitely be using Prosper for any future mortgages!

After the stressful process that is buying a house is over I can't thank Prosper Home enough for their help. I was referred to Ethan by a friend and he was super helpful. Every day, every enquiry, every question was answered with great detail. He helped every step of the way and it was great to have him there to call when I was confused about what to do next or what something meant that I didn't understand. If you've not done this before I'd really recommend having an expert like these guys on side to assist with everything as it happens.

They were polite, swift with their responses and responded to each request within hours (most of the time minutes) of asking for what was needed. He helped find me the right mortgage and took my needs and wants into consideration. Ethan and the rest of the team were super in what they advised and id definitely use them again for further advice in the future. I doubt I could have done it all without him, Highly recommend to anyone!
