We went to prosper as first time buyers, not quite knowing what our part would involve in getting a mortgage, Paul and the team made it nearly effortless for us, they made themselves available any time we had a question or query, and the fact that from our application to our mortgage offer took only 2 days was amazing! Because of the fast, professional, and reasonably priced service we received from the team at prosper, I would deffinitely recommend them to anyone embarking on buying a property, thankyou again to the team at prosper home loans!

After being messed around by an agents broker for 5 weeks I was in trouble. My sale and purchase was about to collapse. Step in paul from prosper. Not only did he get my mortgage in my hand 3.5 days after giving him my paperwork but saved me £1700 in fees and 3%.. To say I'm great full is an understatement

Prosper helped my girlfriend and I buy our first home when we moved to Hastings. We were expecting the process to be long and difficult but Paul was straight with us about what the options were and explained exactly what information we needed to provide.

I think it was two days after the first phone call we had an agreement in principle with NatWest. It was amazing. And they were always totally upfront about the costs.
