Purchased product (Ultima Replenisher Electrolyte sachets) based on images supplied online as description was limited.

Product received was not exactly as advertised (flavour missing) as manufacturer had recently made changes to the product, according to customer service.

As a good will gesture, ProSupplements generously sent me a 102g Ultima Replenisher product with the missing flavour, which was very much appreciated.

Great to deal with a company that values its customers and seeks to make things right.

I ordered a tub of protein. Waited 6 days hadn’t even been sent out. I had to chase up and email them only for them to say they didn’t have my item in stock and now my money is on hold and I waited a week for my protein for nothing. Waste of time money on hold and spent a lot on shakes waiting for my order. Rubbish service

Have yet to recieve the product, though intitial service from them greatly improved. Give them a 5 for customer service when contacted.

This is the second time I've purchased Optimum hydro whey protein. Thank you for your consistent promptness. It's very expensive in comparison to other proteins, but it's the best protein I've ever had. There are no side effects such as rashes, diarrhoea, or gout. It absorbs quickly and has a pleasant taste that is not overly sweet. It could be my imagination, but I feel like I'm recovering quickly after drinking. It is highly recommended for people who experience diarrhoea after consuming protein.

Great product, good price; however there should be an option available for faster delivery.

Super quick delivery, good price, have only been taking KAGED l-caratine for a week, so I can’t honestly say it is super effective yet, time will tell.

Great prices, but packaging was inappropriate for the size and weight shipped. Box had to be sealed properly in transit by Australia Post and 2 of the products were damaged, 1 irreparably when they arrived.
