We take this allegation very seriously. However, after checking our records, we cannot identify this as a genuine transaction with Protechshop.

For clarity, Protechshop does not currently offer Klarna as a payment method, nor do we request customers to make payments by bank transfer to complete orders. Therefore, the circumstances described in this review do not match our normal payment process.

We are concerned that this review may relate to a different business or may have been posted incorrectly. We have reported the review to Trustpilot and requested that they verify whether it is connected to a genuine customer transaction with our business.

We would be very happy to investigate if the reviewer can provide a valid Protechshop order number or other non-sensitive order details. However, based on our current records, we have been unable to find an order that matches the experience described.

We want to reassure potential customers that legitimate payments made through our website are processed through the payment methods displayed at checkout. We would never ask a customer to send payment to an unknown bank account by email outside our normal payment process.

We encourage anyone who receives a suspicious payment request claiming to be from Protechshop to contact us directly so that we can verify it.

As this order was shipped to Sweden, unfortunately international deliveries can sometimes take longer than expected due to courier delays, which are outside of our control. However, we completely understand your frustration and apologise for the inconvenience caused.

Please note that your refund has now been fully issued back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional working days to appear in your account.
