Obwohl ich bereits mit Klarna bezahlt habe fordern die nochmal die Zahlung per E-Mail an angegebene Bankdaten. Was für eine Abzocke! Unverschämt!!! Vorsicht Finger weg von diesem Unternehmen.

Nul entreprise qui se dis française qui envoi les bons de commande en espagnol et qui envoi une facture avec un autre nom à tendance anglophone . Reçu un colis ouvert et incomplet et ne prend pas ses responsabilités alors que l emballage était trop léger ! Lamentable de plus annoncent catégorie 1 uns1 mais pas d étiquette sur le masque vu le prix c’est une honte fuyez ! De plus les masques s pour femme sont en fait des masques enfants donc nul nul nul

The delivery has taken for ever ,I…

The delivery has taken for ever ,I order ed my item on 16th January and I didnt received my item until 4th February. When I received my order they arrive with no box or packaging only in bubble rap ,So I'm thinking that my item isn't new but second hand . Not happy at all with this Shop! Will not be using them again .

Good product and service

Besides waiting a good couple of days for delivery which I expected, I dealt with customer service over whatsapp and email and they responded really quickly. Bought 2 glow star pillows for my daughters and they love them

ITS NOT A STERLING SILVER! - Nasiya 925 sterling silver ring

Re: Nasiya , Womens Jewelry 925 Sterling Silver Rings White Pink Light Blue Champagne Zircon.
Its a nice ring but unfortunately it is not a sterling silver!.Its a metal. I bought 6 rings as a xmas gift and was embarrassed by one of my family member as she got allergy while wearing this ring ,she sent me a pictures, and she said that next time please buy me a sterling silver or gold as she is allergy to metal. It was very embarrassed and if someone has got allergy to metal just do not buy it.I am very disappointed.I bought also before a my little pony toys and received a product with defects, but I received a refund from them. Disappointed and I will not recommend this shop.

Poor company

Items not received. No updates from company. Received random email to say order was cancelled and then later in the day status changed again. No dispatch confirmation. Customer service is very poor. Avoid!
