I bought two Disney toys from the film Turning Red, they where advertised as Disney but they are very poor quality, And definitely not a legitimate Disney product.

I ordered some components for my brush cutter , and paid them straight away, then they told me that the parts were not in stock. I asked for my money to be credited back to me . It took them 20 days and they took money off as their handling fee!
They have a fantastic website, advertising lots of discounts on tools , but they are very bad in business, not to be trusted . They need to learn one basic thing in business. The customer comes first!

Ordered an endoscope camera which 20 days later still hasn't arrived. Took them 4 days to reply to an email. Then saying its coming from overseas warehouse. Shoddy shoddy company

I dropped my iphone on Fri evening, causing external and internal damage to the camera, these guys were exceptional, straight on it , parts ordered within an hr and two fixes made even though the actual
Shop was shut on the Sunday they still repaired it and I had it back within hrs, service was exceptional and for a very good price, highly recommended

Did receive a bag from them but was completely the wrong colour and style. Totally unsuitable for my daughter and too costly to send back - couldn’t find how to send back as return form didn’t work. Wouldn’t recommend as costly if they get the order wrong.

Placed order 13th March. Still not received it. They ignore emails. Contact them on messenger and just say goods are being dispatched. Was then promised refund which I never received. The Royal Mail tracking then showed it was delivered 2nd April . The photo and tracking location is no where near where I live. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
