Our financial adviser Glen has provided us with first class service from the start. We have been dealing with Glen for the past two years and he has gone and above and beyond. He has given us consistently accurate and helpful information on everything we have asked for. He is in regular contact with us, whenever we require his assistance and never fails to return our calls and get back to us with the information we require. Our pensions are now in a safe pair of hands and doing very well, even given the uncertain financial times we are living in. We have no intention of looking to go with any other financial company as we have all we require from Glen and PSA. I can highly recommend him and them on all your financial needs. Approx 5 years ago I approached a number of financial advisors regarding my pension options. Jonathan from PSA contacted me and following a discussion about my needs I felt confident to go with them. His help and advice over the last 5 years has been invaluable and I would have no hesitation in recommending PSA to anyone else

I decided a few years back to combine two old pensions I had from previous employments in to one pension. I was really unsure where to start so went on a government website and completed a form for someone reputable to contact me. I received a phone call from Glen Coleman as he had picked up my referral. Still very nervous that I could ‘lose everything’ but decided to have an initial appointment with him and never looked back. My two pensions are now combined and all is nice and ‘tidy’ now. I have an annual review to make sure things are still in order and where it is best suited to get the best return. Would highly recommend.

I would recommend PSA Financial services Ltd in Leicester to any body having used them for the last 4 years, our consultant Alex as made our retirement a worry free one in terms of our pensions and investments. His advice has been invaluable one small example I can give is that we always paid our water bill by accepting their statement and paying by direct debit which was usually about £70 per month Alex suggested we use a water meter and we now only pay £26.00 per month. His advice with our investments as generally seen a growth in what we invested despite some blips with recession. Alex visits our house once a year to do a review and is always a text or phone call away if we need advice. If I ever won the lottery jackpot I would willingly give Alex a large some to invest for us.

I used PSA for my mortgage application on my first home last year. We began the process with Glen who was really helpful. He then passed us over to Paul & Karen who continued the process and regularly updated our mortgage application to ensure we had the best rate.

I had Glen round to review my current life insurance.
He asked me lots of questions, some of them a little difficult (no one really wants to think about dying) but an absolute must do when you have a young family.

Glen came back with a few options and explained the benefits and downsides of each insurance. I felt really informed and at ease making the decision.

PSA Finance are horrible. The reviews are real, they are now part of Stellantis group but the mess is still the same.

They keep charging me for fines that they have never sent over and unfortunately the service that comes from Peugeot is embarrassing and some of the issues they have presented are because Peugeot service centres have not done a good job.

I would stay away from hiring from them, the CS team are super unhelpful - probably not there fault but PSA is horrendous.

I regret leasing my car with them.

Looking to buy a pension I contacted this company online and received a call from Alex Glenn of PSA. I went into some detail has I was perfectly aware that my Royal London Option 32 policy was classed as a "Defined Benefit Scheme" and as such required a specialist IFA. I was told by Alex Glenn that he had the necessary qualifications so not a problem. He said he would book me in for a Skype call in a couple of days. I sent him a text to say I could not find him on Skype, he said he would call, never did. When I got hold of him I was told he had been distracted by his kids (hardly professional) I was told he had booked me in for an appointment for 11am Thursday morning, I sat at my computer at 11am waiting for the Zoom call and by 11.15am I gave Alex a call to find out what was happening only to be told he had a problem with his diary system and forgot. He called me on Zoom and we spent more than 2 hours going over the policy and my finances. At one point I mentioned the remote possibility of Equity Release in the future and that became his main interest and I had to tell him a number of times that "I was not interested". Having been told that he was confident of getting me a good deal I needed to give his company authority to access my details from Royal London. I completed the Letter of Authority which clearly showed the policy number. I was somewhat shocked to receive a letter from Royal London advising me that PSA had requested information on a different policy, something I had never given PSA authority to do so. I was starting to get quotes and when chasing up Alex for his quote I was basically told that he didn't realise I was in a DB scheme and he would want £5000 with further ongoing fees. I can't believe just how totally incompetent this company are. I used Greystne FS in the end who were at the top end when it came to professionalism and who's final fees came to less the £3000. Stay clear of this company, they wasted my time and they will waste yours too.
