Great service and product
This was my first time using this company and I ordered some red satin court shoes and they were exactly how they looked in the picture, a lovely vibrant colour. Ordered a size 4 which is my size but they were just a little on the tight side (but wearable) so I think I would order 2 different sizes next time. Quick delivery, came earlier than expected and arrived in a box with each shoe in it's own bag so they were well protected. Will definitely use this company again

I would not advise to order from this company if you are unsure whether the shoes will fit you or if you are going to keep them as they will not refund you and try to say the shoes have been worn!! I ordered a pair of shoes which were too small for me when they came, the box was also ripped and had had a label on which had been ripped off so had obviously been a return from someone else before being sent out to me. After having trouble not being able to generate a returns label I managed to contact customer service and I returned the shoes the day after they arrived as they were too small and i could not wear them. I received an email to say they would not be refunding me as the shoes had been worn, these shoes had not been on and couldnât possibly have been worn by me as they didnât even fit on my foot. the pictures they have sent me to try and âproveâ they have been worn are ridiculous as the shoes are perfectly clean which they wouldnât be if they had been worn outside! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

I had an issue with some boots arriving with a scuff on them, I emailed customer service and asked for a free returns label as I was wanting to reorder and would have to pay 2 x delivery costs.
