Excellent service

PDP made shopping carefree like it should be. Their customer service was very professional and informative when it came down to my order and timely shipping. I would highly recommend them and I will continue to do business with them.

The price of what I purchased has been


The price of what I purchased has been better than most places. Only issue was having to call and get the parts coming. First part was on back order and my call prompted them to check on it. Resulted in them discounting me on a more expensive part. Now I’m waiting on the other part to come that also was not in stock. It’s good it’s my personal vehicle and not a customer.

I have ordered from them before and they have been top notch. If there is an issue with order they call you to confirm and or resolve a different situation. this is the best place I have ordered from so far, and i will keep using in the future..

My order came with the box torn open

My order came with the box torn open? Now I have to return damage boxed parts with probably missing parts, pay for return and buy insurance on the order???? What the heck???

Hi Brian, thank you for your orders. I apologize you received damaged goods. The items you received damaged did not cost you anything to return, we had the shipping carrier cover the return freight. The only thing you needed to pay for shipping on were the items you decided you wanted to return after you received them. We cannot pay for shipping & insurance on an item you decided you no longer wanted, my apologies.

You emailed me and said one item would be delayed and did I want the other item shipped right away for $10.00 more I said yes but both items arrived the same day in separate packages

Hi Amelia, thank you for your order. To clarify, one of the items you ordered was out of stock at our WI warehouse. It would have taken another 4-5 days for the item to arrive to our WI warehouse to ship with the other item. By paying the extra $10, we were able to direct-ship that item from the MFG to get you your items sooner. I'm sorry if that wasn't better explained. We appreciate your business.
