The items I ordered said they were in


The items I ordered said they were in stock. I received a call the next day saying they were not in stock and I should have read the fine print on check out window saying to call and verify items are in stock. I paid $80 to have the remaining items delivered within 3 day. I received the items in four days. The whole experience was horrible

Hi Glenn, thank you for your review. Our site does not indicate items are in stock for any of the items you purchased. The 3 items stated in the estimated shipping time that they "Usually Ships By Next Business Day".
We do state on our cart page, right below the checkout button "If you are in a hurry to get your parts- Please email us, chat with us, text us, or call us at 715-254-1833 to confirm availability before placing your order. Availability on some products changes hourly and we are unable to reflect stock status on our site in real time."

We also state this in red lettering right at the top of the terms and conditions page that you agreed to. It also states "We will notify you of any order delays as soon as possible after your order is processed, generally by the next business day." We did contact you on the 24th.

Additionally, you placed your order on a Tuesday, January 23rd at 7pm CST via the 3 business days or less shipping option. This makes your expected delivery date 3 business days after the shipment date, which was Wednesday. Thursday is the first business day, Friday is the Second, and Monday is the third, which is when your (latest arriving) item was delivered. This is also explained on our shipping page & terms & conditions page. Your intake was delivered the 25th (the next business day, so delivered earlier that promised) and your fuel filter conversion kit was delivered the 29th (on time). When the one item on the order was credited, the shipping was discounted accordingly as an item was removed, so you only paid $62.39 for shipping.

We serviced your order to the highest of standards and yet you are still unhappy. I hope you have better luck in the future, but you cannot simply disregard everything we write in our terms and conditions, shipping page, and cart page, agree to them, and then slander my company.

In the future, if you need parts in a hurry, please be sure to call if you are unsure about availability or shipment times. It will be a better experience for you moving forward so companies can properly understand your expectations and advise accordingly.

I had ordered many filters

I had ordered many filters. Received one filter on the ship date that I was supposed to receive my order. Waited. Several days did not see the balance of my order. Nobody could find it. It sounded like to me that because there was one filter ship. That Pure Diesel Power thought the whole order was shipped. That was not the case. It took several days of calling and asking where my balance of the order is at. Which is the reason that I only showed three stars. My other two previous orders were OK.😕

Part of your order had to drop ship as we had run out of a few items and there were some communication issues between us, you, and them. Quality of the bracket I ordered was just amazing! the only problem was it took over a week to come so I had to make my own and will never use it.

If you need any parts more quickly in the future, please reach out or consider an expedited shipping method, as standard shipping does take up to 8 business days to arrive. I do see your parts did arrive in 5 business days, but do apologize that timeframe didn't meet your expectations.

Hi Ben, I'm sorry for the inconvenience of the delay with your purchase. I cannot stress enough that this is NOT the norm when purchasing from us, we do our best to fulfill every order as soon as possible and this was 100% a manufacturer issue. Unfortunately, we (and therefore you) were at the mercy of the manufacturer whose injectors you purchased. They were not communicating any sort of shipping lead time as they were overloaded from the holiday season and we could not get an answer. We do our best to keep our customers happy and I'm sorry we weren't able to get any sort of accurate lead time to keep you updated. If you'd give us another chance, we'd be happy to offer a discount on a (different) brand of injector. We reached out to you via phone as well. Thank you for your business.

Ordered 9 items total. The coolant reservoir was out of stock and I got a call about it. Pure diesel again called me and said they found one and it's on the way. They also informed me and kept me in the loop on two other items, then bam, they're at my door step. Courtney kicked ass
