So far I’ve purchased the Cat Purse, a Mini Macabun Plush Keychain, and a few enamel pins. The first thing to note is that they were all packed with care to keep the items pristine during delivery. The items themselves feel like they’re made of nice (not cheap) material and I didn’t see any noticeable flaws in the craftsmanship. While the prices on the website can feel a bit steep, let me assure you that it’s because you are buying something of great quality!

Pretty sure it's a scam, or just horrible customer service.
On July 11th, I order a backpack and a wallet. After not receiving any updates, I reach out to the email on their website on July 23, asking for an update.
On July 25th, they reply and inform me that they are out of stock of the wallet due to manufacturing error, and they are awaiting new wallets. They offered to either replace the wallet, refund the wallet, or wait for the new shipment of wallets and have my backpack shipped now.
On the 27th, I ask for the third option; I get my backpack, and they ship the wallet when it's ready. No response.
August 1st, I politely ask for an update. I check their socials and see they're still active, so they're still alive - just ignoring me.
On August 10th, I asked again what the status is. This is where I'm at now, waiting for a response or eventually my order. Jokes on me for spending my money, I guess.

The product really wasn’t worth the money. There was a hole in my plushie and for the price it’s outrageous to have such expensive products for what you get. Do not purchase.

The macabun I ordered came with a huge gap in the stitching of the left eye, as well as stitches falling out. It wouldn't be bad if it was 15 dollars cheaper, but at the price it is I expected more. The red macabun keychain was very cute though. Overall 6/10 experience.

When I finally got my package and opened it, I was overwhelmed with how cute this purple macabun is! It’s the perfect size to store my phone and wallet and other small items!

I love the plushies so much and everything is such great quality!

Cute high quality merchandise! I was blown away when I saw the macabun bag in person. It was 100 percent worth the price.

I love her channel I received a nilla the duck, but I haven't received Sherry and it has been a while usps says they haven't even gotten Sherry yet on the tracking website and it's almost March 15 but I don't want to keep bothering her but I love my nilla!

Update: Sherry is coming soon!! She's on the tracker right now!! I'm so excited she's coming on Thursday!!

My Macabun transformed into hyperpigmentation and ate my older sister! Thanks pwuffy! She was really annoying me! (I noticed all the negative reviews and I want to improve your rating!!!)

Macabuns arrived safely, put in dryer to fluff up and unfortunately the string holding one if my buns ears up snapped.
Its an easy fix. But i do think a stronger thread in that area may be needed.

Either way, im glad with my purchase

I got a Nilla ice cream Duck from this shop and it is wonderful. I really liked the sticker that was given with the package. Its quality was Out of this world! It was soft, comfy, and cute. This YouTuber is my favorite and I love her products. Thank you.

Love the plushy so cute but my pin came in all scratched like deep scratches which was kind of disappointing

I just got my order of Fluffy Evil Macabun and they're so cute! But one of his ears is longer than the other and it's throwing me off a bit.
