Pre ordered an item august 2023 that was supposed to ship in September and never received the item the only information I have is a banner on the website stating it will ship September of 2024!!! An entire YEAR later!!!! This company is a scam!!!! DO NOT spend your money here

Don’t order from this company. It appears to be a one woman show that counts on people feeling sorry for her and waiting unreasonably long periods of time to get merchandise. Read multiple other reviews below if you don’t believe me.
The products are not all that to justify the wait.
I bet when people start initiating disputes with their credit card companies and other regulatory agencies the business will get their act together or go out of business.

Bought a yellow macabun. When it showed up it was in good quality, but it came 3 months after I ordered/bought it.

Ordered back pack for granddaughter in August now October and still not received and no communication. Scammer

I ordered a pocketbook for my granddaughter in May and it is now October 20 and never received anything.
Granddaughter was very sad as it was a birthday present.
They should be ashamed!
I tried contacting them and no answer via email.

I ordered my Macabun Army in May, fully expecting to wait a while since the estimated delivery was projected to be August (iirc,) then September, and now October. The ETA is constantly changing and I'm worried my order will never be fulfilled as it says on the site that they should be shipping the second week of October. I get being a small business, but perhaps they should only sell what they have in stock, since preorders don't seem to be working for Pwuffy. I'm wholly unsatisfied with the wait. I gave two stars because I haven't received the product, which at this point had better be quality or I'll be even more upset than I already am.

Upped review to three stars. I received my Macabun Army finally, and I honestly love them. I'm happy I stuck it out, but was it worth the wait? No, not really. The product is worth the price, a bit expensive, but maybe wait to order until they're ready to ship. I was going to order a Fruit Cow Ita bag, but I think I'll pass until the company gets their production process more in order just out of principle. The only other thing of note was that the purple Macabun didn't ship with the rest of them, but came in on Dec. 18th when the others came in later November. I was a little confused as there was no correspondence regarding the delay, but I got it so it's alright.

I am always rooting for a women-owned business, so I hope things start looking better for Pwuffy! I suspect it'll get better over time and I can't wait to place another order once it gets there.

Order 2, never received so I sent email to which they told me to check with my local post office even although they used a private courier, asked for refund which I got however the did not return the shipping fees which cost the same as 1 plush, I would avoid ordering and won't order from here again

Disgusting service does not supply items.
Ordered in July, it’s now October and still no delivery. Continually followed up with Pwuffy to be told it will be in in the next two weeks. We have Been strung along for months now. My daughter is devastated as she did this order with her own money.

We ordered second times wayback July 25, 2023, she replied emailed and just keep promising that it will be soon ship, she is still waiting from her supplier. Now its Oct. 3 this is rediculous!!! But I still need my $69 back there is no easy money, we work hard for it to buy your product, if you cannot fulfill your business needs then close your business so people won't expect. Such ashamed!!! Very disappointing.

Placed an order in May for a July ship date, by August still no bad and was told it was now a September ship date. It’s now September 14 and still no bag. She has also stopped responding to emails for updates about my purchase. Horrible experience with this seller

The prices listed are way to steep for the price it takes to manufacture, it’s not right towards the consumer, I mean one bag that is basically made out of plastic and some polyester is already at $120 and sometimes more. Not a good store for your buck

I preordered In May for a July ship. My granddaughter used her money for the purchase. 8/27 and still no ita bag and no refund and still sending emails to purchase more items. The ship date has been moved to August/September. This is sad.
