I've bought bags, plushies, pins & keychains from Pwuffy. I absolutely love them all so much. Everything is so cute, good quality & ships fast. Communication with this store is also wonderful. I highly recommend Pwuffy.

I've bought many bags, plushies, pins, etc. from here. Theyre all amazing quality and I love them all so much. It annoys me when others give her bad reviews bcs of shipping times and issues with preorders. Pwuffy is very open about any issues going on and preorders often have very long wait times. You'd think people would be able to read and understand that but i guess not. She's also only one person doing this herself, so things can take a while. I've never had any issues with the brand and would highly recommend it

honestly i used to like this shop but overlooking all of the reviews and my shipping its not rlly good. i preordered a backpack and bought other things like pins & keychains along it. i think the ETA was something september or october but it kept getting pushed back and pwuffy kept saying it was because it was on preorder but that was still awhile for preorder. I feel like you should disclaim that the preorder might be longer than average preorder times (compared to other items) or atleast not put it on preorder at all until you have it together. only 2 stars because the quality was pretty good. btw this was awhile back so some things like date might be a bit off (EDIT: found out one of her videos about the reviews saying if she should be crying or laughing. okay, thats rude. she said if u dont wanna wait for your preorders you can js get a refund. most of the reviews i’ve seen are for gifts (b-day, x-mas) so this is sorta js sad that she’d say that. some ppl are counting on her to ship well for important presents and it usually js fails. I feel bad for everyone)

The plushies are so high quality! I love them so and really think it was money well spent!

The Macabuns are so cute, and are very high quality too. I got one of the dust bunnies, and it sits nicely in my bed. ILY PWUFFY

Honestly not a product that's worth your money. The quality itself is good, and the designs are incredibly cute but not worth it at all. The backpacks have very little real storage capacity, I cannot fit very much inside of it and for a bag that cost me £107 that's very disappointing. Additionally, her preorder estimates are incredibly unreliable, estimating for July delivery and it comes to September with No updates at all. I then emailed her for updates after seeing her Instagram posts about how she's shipping out the products and she informed me that products have only just arrived from manufacturers and I get my shipment update literally the next day. Leads me to believe that if I did not reach out, my order would've been forgotten. If you have the money to(they're incredibly pricy) , the plushies and pins are cute however the bags are not worth it.

I was one of the people who pre-ordered and bought the cowpods and they arrived on time and are just the cutest things! Still to this day they're sturdy asf! Making my pods look cute asf! Thank you Pwuffy! Your page needed some love so I'M GOING TO GIVE IT SOME LOVE! Stay Kawaii♡

i've ordered from pwuffy multiple times and yes her products can take awhile it depends of its preorder or not, i've gotten an item thats not preorder and it took about a month or two to ship, pretty standard for a small business, pre orders are a different case, when pre ordering your paying for a product she does not physically have because it's still being produced for the first batch, those can take up to a year, and she does offer refunds if you don't want to wait that long, double check the email your emailing too, and she might not reply right away! remember she runs this all on her own and she gets hundreds of orders, it might take her longer to get to yours. if your getting a christmas gift, ORDER BEFORE NOVEMBER!!!!!! she get bombarded with orders in november and temporarily shuts down her shop halfway thru for her own family events (you will still get your orders after christmas)

I got the pink macabun and it is so cuteee!!! I love it and it is such good quality!!! It looks amazing in my room and is so soft.

I got a few pins and a keychain from this shop and they're really good quality! And while I did need to wait a bit for them to arrive, I didn't realize at first that the shop owner was in the middle of moving locations, so that part is on me. I'm really happy with my order and will definitely buy from this shop in the future.
