I came across Pwuffy via YouTube and had to purchase myself a Macabunny! I preordered Dust Bunny who I felt would be the perfect fit for my living room since the color scheme is red, white, and grey. It arrived in a timely manner. The material is good quality. If you’re thinking of buying one, just do it!

Way too expensive even for a small business….. I was gonna treat myself to one but the delivery to the UK was wayyyyyy too expensive. £50 (including postage) is TOO MUCH FOR A PLUSH!

Very disappointed. Ordered a Macabun in September still not arrived,
No communication from seller.

Ordered a backpack 6 weeks ago for my daughters main christmas present and when i ordered it said pre order ships Nov and it still hasn't arrived when I messaged the person I didn't even get a sorry just fobbed off then it was dispached out a couple of days ago did she forget!?. No way it will be here in time for Xmas I won't be ordering from here again.

My kids asked me for these macabuns and we have bought several things from US and Asia, which have shipped to Canada no problem, in less than 1 month. They charged me $31 CAD shipping for 2x macabuns. It took 2 months to arrive (for $31 you can afford UPS, Fedex, but no, they sent it USPS), with several follow ups. Also, one macabun was replaced with another colour. Then I was charged duties, taxes, etc. of another $31 CAD. Add that to the $45 X 2 macabun, and wow, I just paid $76 per macabun and it took TWO MONTHS and one colour was swapped. It is literally the size of your hand with your fingers spread out, it is not worth $45 much less $76 per macabun. I am sure there are awesome stuffies at your local store that will cost less than $76. Save yourself the time and money. Regret the purchase.

Placed an order in August, it was a pre-order. However, I keep getting excuses everytime I check to see when this will ship. STILL NO ORDER RECEIVED. And now when I am requesting yet another update and a reimbursement, no answer back. Horrible service, if I get this resolved I will never order or recommend.

It's amazing! I got a purple Macabun, and the quality is excellent. Ignore the reviews talking about long times. It's one woman running all this.

It has been almost a year and I have yet to recieve a preorder which was a gift for my child. She constantly asks where it is and I have to tell her its coming every time. Her birthday passed, first day of school, halloween, Thanksgiving, and now christmas. Shameful, disgraceful company
and youtube mocking negative reviews. Will never purchase again. Do not easte your time waiting for a subpar product when you can order cuter, cheaper, nicer things from local stores. Tried to support a small buisness, wont make thay mistake again.

I love this shop even though it takes awhile to ship remember it’s only one person managing all of this but I promise you will get your stuff.

Seems like shipping dates gets extended each month, received November today 12/11 was the 3rd week then the last week now it’s the next month. Frustrating for the kids who are looking for them in the mail

I’ve bought beautiful merchandise from this store. They’ve all arrived in perfect condition and don’t have dirt stains on them. Yes, a lot of her merchandise is on pre order but the dates are specifically put in each description. Her website is beautifully managed and I recommend purchasing even though it might be a wait. :)

I ordered a pin from her shop and it's absolutely amazing, it was also during one of her promotions so I got a b-grade minibun keychain and I take it with me everywhere I go

Pwuffy has the highest quality products! I bought 4 of her macabuns already. Let me just say that they are perfect, I’m obsessed and probably going to order more! Not only the quality, but her service! She has excellent customer service, which makes it easy to get refunds and give clear descriptions on details or mistakes. There is so much to love about her cute shop! I hope that her business grows well, as it deserves to.

Don't ever preorder anything. This woman garners sympathy for being a small buisness and yet cant ship anything out for MONTHS after you order. Its been 5 months and $200 and I have no product in my hand. Her youtube is filled with little kids who dont know how buisnesses work. Turnaround is ridiculous. Overpriced, not worth it, never ordering anything again.

Also, to reiterate to all of the customers reviewing who definitely have never bought from this store anything preorder, the date when I first ordered it was "ships august." Now its "ships january." Im definitely getting it, but why take on too much work and set an unrealistic date? Poor management, thats why. Stop lying to customers. Never would have purchased if it said "ships jan" because it is a CHRISTMAS gift.

Bought a macabunny plush for my daughter and it arrived dirty like there was literally something brown on the plush and the plush was supposed to be pink! I tried to contact the store but they didnt reply. Dont recommend.
