Excellent insight into fire door awareness. Informative and constructive guidance delivered very clearly

We turned to Pyro Fire in the hope of a professional and thorough approach to our fire safety. As an Academy which manages schools estates we need to ensure total compliance. We have to say that Pyro Fire are delivering in spades and it is giving us much more piece of mind that we have such support. The additional online database is superb and gives us an additional management tool to work from, this is something you do not get from other providers. I have also spoken to Pyro Fire outside of the contracted works and they are always willing to help and have come to our aid quickly and get straight to the point, showing true subject knowledge and experience. I have been in this business too long to not see genuine quality and competence. I would therefore not hesitate in recommending them to any organisation.

We needed some fire safety plans for our hotel and I am so pleased that I found Pyro Fire Services. They were so helpful, and made the whole process very straightforward. The time frame was also very quick! I would most certainly recommend.

We got in touch with Pyro for an updated Fire Risk Assessment. From start to finish, they have worked with us and helped us with any questions we had. Everything they worked on was top quality, explanations given and instructions provided for any improvements needed. The online reports are not only simple to use but we had them back very quickly. The online system works intuitively. I would not hesitate to recommend Pyro to anyone that requires fire services or Risk Assessments. I used Pyro Fire to get the risk assessment done for a HMO. Service was professional, quick and helpful. The whole process was well explained in advance. Report was received quickly and it's really nice when you can call back and discuss everything in detail. Will use them again.

We have used Pyro Fire to undertake fire door and compartmentation surveys on a number of our sites. I have found them to be thorough and helpful - always going above and beyond in response to my queries and happy to offer free advice. Their surveyor was happy for me to join them on site and answer any questions I had. The reports have always been sent through quickly and are very comprehensive. Erik supported us with our fire risk assessment for the launch of our new barbers & coffee shop in Sheffield. The process was quick, efficient, fairly priced and Erik went above and beyond to support us.
