FRA on a block of flats was carried out, this was required due to out of date FRA, Service was amazing, Report delivered almost instantley, Would use again, Would highly recommend!!

Full FRA on a conversion of a former carehome to 14 self-contained apartments. Very quick to attend site and to turnaround the report. The HASAD system worked well as we could photo and evidence our upgrades without the assessor returning to site. Already instructed Pyro on our next scheme. Would highly recommend.

Pyro Fire Services carry out an annual FRA at a block of flats we manage. The reports are always returned very quickly and their HASAD system makes it possible to monitor and action any issues raised. Pyro Fire Services have always been happy to provide any additional advice, support or information required.

We have used Pyro for several different types of services HMO, Flat and single dwelling fire risk assessments as well as fire advisory service on products and situations pre planning stage! Without Erik and his teams expertise we would make costly mistakes and he is always available to help. Pyro Fire Services carried out a fire door survey at the site I manage with over 200 doors. They were very professional from the outset from initial contact to the final report. The survey is very detailed with each door having a individual ID plus number and photograph. The information is stored on a on line portal for you to manage once any works carried out.

We requested the support of PYRO to carry out a survey and detailed report for a Care Home, that TOTAL FM LTD provide Facilities Management for.
A professional, prompt, and detailed Fire Door survey was provided. Very easy to follow, concise, clear, and PYRO understood the practical requirements created from old properties.
The HASOD database and online portal are so easy to use and provide easy reports for clients' needs.
Post support and advice were excellent no matter how many times PYRO was contacted.

I used Pyro Fire Services to carry out the annual fire risk assessment at 10 of our schools. The service we received was spot on and the advice we received was great. The reports came through the very next day where as with other companies it's taken a few weeks to receive them.

The online HASAD system is perfect, you can log on anywhere to see reports and sign off issues raised. We'll definitely be using Pyro again moving forward and are currently looking at having other works carried out by them.
