Don't be fooled by the .co.uk. Quiksilver is run out of Europe in the UK. I ordered mens swim shorts, and they were too small. Tried to contact them for a return label, nothing, tried twice more, nothing. You may as well chuck your money in the bin. I will not be ordering from Quiksilver again. How are global brands getting away with this piss poor customer service?

Always good experience with quiksilver.. fantastic brand, good quality products. If is a winter or summer always quality clothing…

Fast delivery, quality products, accurate sizing and good value for money.

The quality of the clothing was good, but unfortunately the sizing came up too small, so I had to return my order.

The worst part has been the returns process. My parcel was returned over a month ago and I still haven’t received my refund or any proper update from either Boardriders/Quiksilver or Evri. I’ve contacted both companies multiple times and have only received automated responses or apologies for the delay, with nobody actually helping to resolve the issue.
Really disappointing customer service and communication. I would not recommend ordering unless you’re prepared for a very frustrating returns experience — or potentially forfeiting your money altogether.

Don't bother wasting time and money buying from them. These people are USELESS when it comes to delivery or customer service! Been waiting over a month for 2 items to be delivered.

Haven’t bought a pair of Quicksilver jeans for 20 years. Was worried the quality would have suffered but I was pleasantly surprised 👌

Woeful customer service, I purchased a suitcase from the website and only after purchase I noticed the delivery window was up to 7 days. I was going to be away after 7days so I wanted to try and get an expected delivery window or change delivery address so it wasn’t left outside for a week. I tried to reach out via their website “contact us” portal which was a request to contact… after filling out the form I waited just under 48hours for it to be approved, I then had to wait more than 24hours to hear back from “someone”, however the response was a generic (felt like AI) reply advising that the delivery window was up to 7days, no reply to changing delivery address or an update on the order (considering 3days had already passed). I replied to them email and never received a response to my further enquiry. The item was delivered over 7business days after ordering (10days) and left out in the rain where the box and paper receipt were left to be damaged. Thankfully the suitcase was not damaged however my opinion on the company has been. Terrible customer service and purchase experience I will not be buying from them again!

Took fair too long to process the order, dispatch the item and deliver the item. It took nearly 2 weeks from ordering to delivery. When you have Amazon delivering same or next day, this just doesn't cut it. The sunglasses themselves are nice and good quality, but the service level just isn't there.

Waited over a month (and counting) to receive a t-shirt that still hasn’t arrived. Contacted customers services to ask for updates and received an unsatisfactory automated response. Haven’t received an explanation as to why it has not arrived yet. Quite disappointed as I like their products, just the delivery issues and customers service has not made it a good experience.

Don’t order. They make it very very difficult to initiate a return despite stating that it’s easy.

It is impossible for return of items!! Trying to create return label as you need to do this for your return. Putting my order number and email address on return portal and it says that order not found. When you try to contact them didn’t get any response. I’ll end up selling this item on Vinted for half of the price! Absolutely rubbish return process very disappointing!!

Product was well priced and excellent quality. The website was easy to use and the perk of free delivery when joining the Quiksilver membership scheme is a big bonus. Highly recommended company and product.

Ordering and delivery excellent. T-shirts too big/loose even for comfort fit. Had to return them.
