Recebi o produto no prazo de entrega determinado, a embalagem estava danificada, com alguns amassados e rasgada, mas o produto chegou em boas condições. Já testei a marquesa e gostei muito!
Very happy with the service, bought massage table with shipping to UK, but after all it costed cheaper than buying here. Delivery was taking only a week or so. Would recommend!

Order not delivered by carrier - 4 days and no resolution received
Their carrier in Portugal "Correos Express" signed my order as delivered and put my name falsly as recipient though my order was never delivered. Not personally, not left by the door, not at neighbours to be found.
Quirumed as the company I bought from is obligated legally to make sure clients receive their orders. But no real interest to help, offer of refund or replacement of my undelivered order. I send various emails, called for 3 times now in 4 days and all they say: The carrier sais its delivered! They rather seem to not mind their criminal carrier instead of defending their client and are not aware that they have legal obligations until the client receives the package safely. They say they submit a proposal to their carrier but show little interest that Correos Express does not answer at all so far. When I asked on the phone to push a bit and call the carrier please, because via email came ZERO reaction, the lady at customer service staff answered: That would be a call from Spain to Portugal!" - Like this is too much to be asked and too expensive for Quirumed? Or what? Their answers leave me with my mouth wide open! When I asked for the next steps and what they are planning to do: No indication, only saying this can not be resolved in 1 day!.. Well, I asked this on the 3rd day of waiting! This is unbelieveable! Today is (working) day 4 in the evening... and still no resolution or further reaction! Do they care at all?!
Update: 07.07.26:
Still no refund.
They asked for my document, I had to swear that I have not received the package, plus I forwarded the automated email from Correios Express to them where they declare that they can not locate my package and for them the case is closed… no care in the world from their side that their staff did not do their work properly and left my package who knows where.
Ever since Quirumed is promising a refund but NOTHING happens.
I called AGAIN on last friday asking when will the case finally be concluded. They said: You will receive an Email on monday and we will refund you…. today is tuesday late afternoon… and once again NOTHING.
They talk and talk … no action and they only put clients off …

Now supposedly the carrier tried to call me? 1st of all: not correct!
As I had not one missed phone call. And as I was waiting for the second (!) day already as it wasnt delivered the day before as indicated, I was really aware and wondering if it would arrive this day. I had my phone close to me checking tracking again and again. So I would have realized a missed phone call and probably even called back. But this did not happen.
2nd: last friday Quirumed told me on the phone : You will receive an email on monday and we will refund you.
Today is wednesday and now they say: between today and friday!!
What is this? Fooling your clients!
If I remember right I was promised a refund and conclusion since June 26th. -or even earlier …I have to check. Got all this chaos archivated.
This is way far from being professional!
Starting to feel helpless against Quirumed and their Carrier Correos Express.
I will definitely tell all my colleagues to never by from you and to be aware! First time I ever experience anything like that! Fooled by the carrier first, then fooled as well by the company.. money lost so far and on top treated badly.
I‘ll remember that for time to come!
If no further action I will close this case for my own well being and for not loosing more nerves and even more lost hours of my life… and will try to forget about the money lost! But will not forget about this experience!!
Will definitely make a last update here next week - up to Quirumed how it turns out!
What a disaster of a company along with their carrier Correos Express!

The courier has been trying to contact you by phone to arrange the delivery of your order, as it had been mistakenly delivered to another location. They informed us that they were unable to reach you by telephone.

La empresa distribuidora tendría que informar al cliente sobre los retrasos de aduanas ya que, en caso contrario, nos encontramos durante mucho tiempo en un estado de pérdida de control de la situación.
Parece ser, que por causas ajenas al distribuidor (aduanas), el pedido llegó con retraso. El producto ha llegado bien embalado y cumple con mis expectativas.

Kauft nichts, auf das ihr angewiesen seid
Haben einen Aktiv Rollstuhl bei Quirumed bestellt, von Anfang an waren die Bremsen super schlecht und haben nicht gegriffen, der Support hat uns neue geschickt, auch diese sind nach ca 2 Wochen bereits kaputt so das die auf den Rollstuhl abgewiesene Person regelmäßig rausfällt und am Boden liegt weil die Bremsen nicht greifen. Auch die Reifen müssen permanent neu aufgepumpt werden und lassen sich nach wenigen Monaten nicht mehr entfernen, weil der Mechanismus kaputt ist. Um die Bremsen nachzuziehen, muss man die Reifen aber ca 1x/Woche entfernen. Bin froh wenn ich den dreck auf den Sperrmüll Platz bringen kann

I ordered a stool off of them which…
I ordered a stool off of them which tool weeks to arrive and then I got shafted with hidden VAT import tax but I was never warned of this. It arrived at my shop and I thought that was that. They then proceeded to get a debt collection agency on me ssying they had sent letters to my shop's address letting me know I had unpaid VAT. This never happened, we received nothing and I had to pay for this and the debt collectors fees as the situstion had "gone too far" do not buy from this place as you eill end up paying far more thsn you anticipated for.

We would like to clarify that import VAT, customs duties and any associated clearance charges for deliveries outside the European Union are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the importer. This information is detailed on our website, including our delivery information, FAQs and Terms & Conditions before purchase. Specifically, our Customs Information section explains that orders delivered to non-EU countries may be subject to import taxes and duties payable upon arrival.
That said, we are concerned by your comments regarding the communications sent about the outstanding amount. If the notifications did not reach you, we understand how this could have made the situation much more difficult to resolve before additional fees were incurred.

Hat alles super geklappt. Guter Preis, unkomplizierter Bestellvorgang und auch zur Lieferung kamen die jeweiligen Informationen von Quirumed. Ganz im Gegenteil zu FedEx welche exakt null Infos zur Auslieferung geliefert haben. Miserabler Service! Dank Quirumed war ich trotzdem auf dem Laufenden. Ich bin sehr zufrieden und auch das Produkt entspricht meinen Erwartungen. Dankeschön!

Kauf einer SPA und Beauty-Liege: Bestellung und Abwicklung über die Website war tadellos, schnell und einfach. Service war gut. Liege an sich ist von guter Qualität, Montage aber mangelhaft, da die Schrauben zur Befestigung des Rahmens am Bett leider nicht passen und sich nicht in die Gewinde drehen lassen. Das darf nicht passieren. Eine stabile Befestigung war somit nicht möglich.

Buenas tardes: He leído la contestación de Quirumed sobre mi opinión desfavorable. No es verdad que me hayan devuelto los portes de devolución porqué tal como indica su condicionado de compra: "... los gastos de devolución de un producto en caso de desistimiento corren a cargo del cliente” Sin hacer caso de los motivos de devolución de un producto sanitario que se supone tiene todas las seguridades para evitar accidentes. Es para denunciar a Sanidad y preguntarles: como pueden permitir que haya una empresa que comercialice un producto sanitario, sin las debidas previsions de seguridad. A parte que ni tienen la cortesia de reconocer los hechos. En fin, es una mala experiència y aun peor: las disculpes van señaladas con falsa verdad diciendo que han devuelto los portes. Gracias por volver a compartir tu punto de vista.
Queremos aclarar que, tal y como te indicamos, se realizó la devolución del importe del producto y posteriormente también el reembolso de los gastos de envío abonados en el momento de la compra como gesto comercial.
En cuanto al coste del envío de devolución hacia nuestras instalaciones, en este caso el expediente se gestionó como un desistimiento de compra, al no evidenciarse un defecto de origen en el producto. En estos supuestos, tal y como se indica en nuestras condiciones de compra, el envío de devolución debe realizarse por medios del cliente.
Entendemos que no compartas este criterio y lamentamos sinceramente que la experiencia no haya cumplido tus expectativas.

J'ai commandé un appareil de pressothérapie qui est arrivé défectueux. J'ai retourné l"appareil à AIRCOVER qui est en fait le fournisseur de QUIRUMED. Je n'ai pas de nouvelles de mon retour. le service client QUIRUMED vous demande de vous débrouiller pour vous faire rembourser en fait ils s'en lavent les mains. Je ne pense pas que cette entreprise est recommandable

No recomiendo comprar en Quirumet
Compré una camilla en Quirumet el día 12 de mayo. En la aplicación indicaban que el plazo aproximado de entrega era de 24 a 48 horas, pero ese plazo no se cumplió.
Al contactar por teléfono, no me dieron una solución real. Me indicaron que Physioel era su proveedor y que ellos vendían el producto a través de su página, pero no me facilitaron ningún teléfono de contacto del proveedor ni asumieron responsabilidad por la situación.
La atención recibida fue muy mala: respuestas poco claras, trato poco profesional y promesas de solución que nunca se cumplieron. Me decían que lo revisarían y que como máximo en un día tendría respuesta, pero no recibí ninguna solución concreta.
Ante la falta de respuesta, tuve que comprar otra camilla por mi cuenta y solicitar la devolución del dinero. Sin embargo, me indicaron que no era posible, a pesar de que el producto no fue entregado en el plazo anunciado.
Mi experiencia ha sido muy negativa. No recomiendo comprar en esta página, ya que en mi caso no ofrecieron soluciones, no asumieron responsabilidad y el proceso ha sido una pérdida de tiempo y dinero. Una estafa total

Lamentamos la experiencia que has tenido con este pedido y las molestias generadas por la espera.
En este caso, el producto estaba gestionado por un vendedor externo de nuestro Marketplace. Aun así, desde que nos contactaste hemos estado reclamando y haciendo seguimiento con el proveedor para intentar desbloquear la situación.
Entendemos perfectamente tu malestar y sentimos que la gestión no haya estado a la altura de lo esperado.
Tras nuestras últimas reclamaciones, el vendedor nos confirmó ayer la cancelación del pedido, por lo que el reembolso se realizará en los próximos días mediante el mismo método de pago utilizado en la compra.
Gracias por compartirnos tu experiencia. También nos ayuda a seguir mejorando cómo acompañamos este tipo de pedidos y el seguimiento de los vendedores con los que trabajamos.

Funktionstüchtigkeit + Preis ausgezeichnet !
Wir haben schon vor einigen Jahren 3 LED-Untersuchungsleuchten als Op-Lampen gekauft, 2025: 2 elekr. Liegen(wie Deutsche Op-Tische) u. 2 Op-Hocker und nun nochmals eine Op-Leuchte - zu unschlagbaren Preisen!
Verpackung war sehr gut, auch der Aufbau leicht !
Eine sehr gute u.hilfreiche Praxis-Ausstattung u.alles funktioniert auch noch nach Jahren.
Es ist mir ein Bedürfnis, für diese Firma zu werben. NIRGENDWO gibt es so preiswerte und funktionell ausgezeichnete Praxis-Komponenten in Deutschland, wie von Firma Quirumed!
