Saw this Quoya K1 Smart Cylinder lock (or very similar) on Aliexpress admittedly for less but wanted the reassurance of purchasing through Amazon just in case. I have to say the quality of the product is excellent really solid and well made with good quality materials. It was easy to fit and I had to use the 2 adaptors to fit my door which were included in the box as well as the tools. I did see a lot of battery drain initially and contacted the customer support email honestly not expecting a response but I got a reply on the same day, which was a Sunday! Outstanding support very quick responses with good honest advice that it was probably a software issue not reporting the correct battery which seems to be the case as 6 days later the battery drain looks OK - still over 70% but there has been a lot of use during install and 'practicing' ;o) I would highly recommend the product and the customer support is exemplary! Yes you can save a few pounds if you buy from China but you risk not choosing the right size, waiting 2 months for your order and I imagine customer service and returns would be a complete lottery? I have also purchased the hub to allow Internet access which again was simple to set up and works perfectly. There are also really useful set up videos for how to install and how to use -

Not only is it a fantastic product, the after sales team are very experienced in prblem solving. Isent them an email identifying a problem, within 10 minutes after sales called me and within a minute problen identified and fixed. Could not praise the company enough. I would highly recommend

Quick delivery. Well designed product. Good videos which guided me through construction and commissioning. All straightforward. Seems a big improvement on the kit I replaced.

Operates 6 blinds simultaneously. The app then typically controls them, opening a few mins before sunrise and closing 25 mins after sunset. True the setup of all 6 took a few mins, hopefully only have to do this once. This was simplified once the support team sent an excellent video to help pair them to the app on my phone (they should probably put this on the Amazon site?). Once set up other phones logon to the same app and all get the same functions. The remote control needs to be line of sight, so not always 100%, the app seems to be 100% though. Each can also be operated on the motor, if no other option is available.
The cost of 6 was not insignificant but as we get older, should be worth it..... Arguably should deduct a star for this, but all else is great

Great product. Quoya customer service is very good, and delivery is quick.

Excellent experience from end to end. The tracks are installed and working perfectly; I have them opening and closing at Sunrise and Sunset. The technical support was amazing; I never expected a call back at 7:30 on a Friday evening and when I expressed surprise , I was told "well that is often when customers need us ; evenings and weekends so we plan for that". Highly recommend.

Great video instruction guides and quality product.

Good quality product but had a problem getting motor to stop at open and closed positions product support were no help it’s now in the bin and purchased another make of curtain track from a different supplier witch I’m very happy with

Lighting fast delivery, extremely well made product and a clever app that let's you set dawn & dusk as a open /close time which means you don't keep having to adjust times throughout the year. We liked the first so much we bought a second for another room.

Great product! I have a couple of these rails in my home and they’ve highly recommended!

Easy to install and definitely add a modern elegance to your home; guest are alwasy blow away by the timer and voice control features.

Also great as a security feature as you can open/close while away from home to give the appearance of someone being home.

Customer service is also brilliant!

does exactly what it says it will and easy to install.. My Mum is delighted with it, she and her carers compete to do the curtains and blind - they all want to play.

Excellent product and installation videos. It was all very easy.
I did omit to read right to the end where it told you what the extension vars were fir to add a bit of length to the rail but that was my own fault.
My only ongoing issue is with the Tuya App where the command to open and close the curtains is On / Off instead of Open / Close.
Otherwise very pleased indeed.
