What a great company to order from. From initial enquiry, to a bespoke order, the process was super fast, professional, friendly, and they kept me updated throughout. It was such a good experience.

I love this product and design was my second purchase and this time with special measures, all communication, order, production and delivery were super fast and efficient; I just missed the glove that this time did not come in the box(?) And without gloves the hand is very painful and bruised in the assembly....

Space reclaimed! Looks nice, handles all my clothes without any sign of strain. Only thing is that you need some muscles when assembling it as the fixtures are quite tight.

The entire purchasing process was very easy and fast and I received my rack in less than a week. The rack has the best quality and design. I couldn't be more satisfied with it.

I sent a picture of the room that I wanted the rack in and how I wanted it. I got a very quick response and drawing of the pieces that I would need and how it would be put up. Very happy with the end result and it is very sturdy.

I'm a returning customer who just bought a second RackBuddy Georgia in white but in a larger size. My first Georgia is practical as well as stylish and I used it as a clothes butler; after a few months I can also say that the material is holding up beautifully. I'll be using this larger Georgia to complete a dressing room that already has a very large built-in closet: RackBuddy Georgia is a practical, well designed piece that offers the extra hanging space I need. The smaller rack is now in the guest room (they're easy to move around because the design goes with any decor). Delivery was as quick as with my previous purchases. I can definitely recommend RackBuddy.

The products are really good but it would have been useful to have a note about the added custom fees rather than discovering that when receiving the invoice...
