Lost
The people were great but I can’t rate the actual product because I never got it and UPS considers it “lost.” I’m out a good chunk of change
The personnel are really helpful and work with you to and incorporate your ideas to get you what you want. If you ever get it that is, which I didn’t so I can’t say for sure how satisfied one would be on the arrival or quality of the actual product. In theory, I guess it would be good

Virkelig dårlig oplevelse
Virkelig dårlig oplevelse!
Ekspedienten i butikken var arrogant, nedladende og havde sindsyg dårlig attitude. Så vi blev hurtigt enige om at handle et andet sted, da de i Rackbuddy tydeligvis ikke kan tåle at have fået succes!

The walk-in hyllsystem
Väldigt nöjd med mitt köp. Ställningen blev jättebra i min lilla "walk in closet". Passar perfekt i ett rustikt/industriellt hem.
Det var mycket väl förpackat vid leverans. Leveransen var snabb också.
Vi har smuliga gipsväggar hemma, (samt är en blivande små-barnsfamilj), så att man kunde fästa klädställningen i både vägg och golv var perfekt för oss.
Den kändes väldigt stabil när vi förankrat den i golv och vägg.
Enda nackdelen jag såg var att det var lite otydligt när man spänt delarna på ställningen tillräckligt mycket, eftersom rördelarna inte gick in hela vägen in i fästena, oavsett hur mycket man spände...
Jag tog dock i så mycket jag orkade och då kändes ställningen väldigt stabil. Så jag är nöjd!

Great support for my request for a…
Great support for my request for a slightly customized solution. Easy to order and was delivered as promised.
The product (walk-in closed collection) looks very nice, feels stable and was easy to install. I would definitely recommended others to buy.

I expected the clothing rack to look…
I expected the clothing rack to look nicer. Think the large pipes were a bit dirty. It was hard to mount all parts until it was done, not possible to make all parts stable.

I am happy with the delivery, finish and looks. But the nuts were impossible to screw in the hole way at the ends.

Customer service needs drastic…
Customer service needs drastic improvement. Your website states that delivery could take 2-5 business days. Only on the 5th day was I made aware that the material I chose, oak, was not available and that shipment would therefore not be possible until the second week of October.
Had customer service contacted me sooner, I would have either chosen another material, or made other temporary arrangements or canceled the order.
I relied on the website’s statement as I am moving on Wednesday and I needed the wardrobes.
Not only that, I wrote back to customer service to ask how these would be shipped to me (expedited would be great) and there was no response.

Excellent concept and product
Excellent concept and product. Delivered in good time and easy to construct. My only niggle would be the instruction booklet. It's a little too general. I feel each 'kit' should have it's own instructions. But, really really pleased with the whole experience. Thanks!
