Easy, quick and stylish.
I am very happy with my new racks. They arrived quickly, properly packed and with complimentary gloves for the unprepared. Assembly and installation is easy and materials are top quality. Extra points for the Fischer wall plugs and the Torx screws included.
Functional and pleasing to the eye, the racks are a nice, simple way to sort your clothes if you don't like closets.

I ordered 2 Joey racks, the ideal solution to hang on the wall of our small wardrobe room since we have an uneven floor. Just a warning to future customers: keep in mind that the length is actually the outer length with the connection pieces already attached, not the length of the pipe where you hang your clothes on. I did my research, so I knew this.
Superfast delivery! Plus, very easy to assemble (although I originally thought the pipes would screw deeper into the connection pieces, but don't mind this). To actually hang it, I recommend asking somebody extra to help.
But very happy with them: looks great!

Jessie 80cm
I received the ordered RackBuddy Jessie 80 cm. Inside the package was a clothes hanger with width 50cm instead of ”80cm”.
I thought this was something wrong at the delivery and called RackBuddy customer Service.

The person explained this is what I have ordered and this information can be found at their Web.

For me, inadequacy at RackBuddy:
– When people look for a clothes hanger is the width of the piece of wood less is important than the width of the clothes hanger. In this case its only 62,5% of the piece of wood.
– The customer service person told me I would find information about the width of clothes hanger at their Web. Yes, he was correct .. If I had checked assembly instruction before I ordered.
– I asked if RackBuddy could send me the appropriate parts I needed; piece of wood and clothes hanger. I got the answer I could send back the package and then order a ”Jessie” with sufficient width

Suggested improvement for RackBuddy:
+ Add information of the width of clothes hanger on the product description page.
+ The claims process can be smoother and avoid extra cost for the customer.

Ordering worked perfectly and delivery was made very fast. We had some problem getting the rack really stable and are not quite there but it looks great and works fine.

I was looking for a sturdy, stylish and quality clothing rack for a long time for my walk-in closet, without success, but thankfully I came across the RackBuddy website. I bought one Ringo rack to start with, and was very impressed with, first of all, how quickly it was delivered, the packaging and instructions were on point and it was very easy to assemble.
The rack looks stunning! I love the look and the industrial style of it.
After being so happy with the first one, I had to purchase the second piece, and again RackBuddy delivered an amazing service and product.
I could not recommend it more!

Even if the delivery was a bit longer than expected due to a shortage of supply at Rackbuddys supplier, they managed to make smaller changes to my initial order and deliver an even better product in the end.
Right now we only have to assemble the table and hopefully, all goes well.

Don't usually order stuff for house off the internet, so thought I would comment here to give others the lowdown:

Ordered on a Monday from France (RackBuddy Line + Sebastian + some extra hooks and stuff), received on the Thursday; well packaged, easy to assemble (couple of hours on my own), and now looks great!!!

Useful to have a spirit level to make sure things are all straight when tightening using provided allen key.

Rackbuddy: the videos for assembly are great - what about putting a QR code on the paper manual to avoid looking it up on your site?

Very good customer service team too (for me it was the French staff) - so yes - 100% satisfied and will use again, no hesitation.
