I usually donât write reviews but this one is needed. Even though the delivery was not fully satisfying, the customer support of RackBuddy was truly exceptional. They managed to send out a new package within 24 hours after my complaint. Everything while being very nice and understanding.
The quality of the products seems to be very good. They feel like they are made of very good materials.
Just a great experience!
I would honestly recommend to buy at RackBuddy if they have the product you need!

Super happy with my purchase by RackBuddy. The product itself was very easy to assemble. Looks really cool. Only issue i had was with the payment process. I wrote to the customer service team and they gave me some tips on the payment process. All sorted very quickly. Product also arrived 4 days after payment was made. Very happy overall would recommend.

Shipped wrong size but good quality
I ordered a 80cm "RackBuddy Joey" and recieved a 70cm..
I can't be bothered with dismantling and returning the thing. It's not even worth asking for a 1⬠refund (difference in price of 70/80cm).
Quality is good though and i'm happy with the product. I appreciate the fact it comes with screws and dowels.

I think something might have gotten mixed up here. The measurements you are choosing on the homepage are the approx. outside measurements of your rack. Since the fittings take up a bit of space as well, the horizontal pipe itself is always 10cm shorter. Closer information on the measurements can be found on the product page, as well as a sketch with example measurements.
If our warehouse made a mistake and sent you a 60cm pipe by accident instead, you are welcome to reach out to us at info@rackbuddy.de, then we can send you the correct pipe as fast as possible without you having to return the incorrect pipe.

Donât recommend
The RackBuddy Dalton comes with a wooden look (not real wood).
In general, it looks ok, but is horrible to assemble and because some screws are so difficult to screw in (even using oil), our RackBuddy Odin isnât stable. Didnât return because will be another trouble to disassemble and sent it out (and need to pay again the return). Donât recommend.

You have ordered Dalton with classic oak veneer. The Dalton is also made with pine solid wood. We can off cause help ypu with an exchange, if you prefer this.
You are right that Odin is not the easiest to assemble, but we have some different tricks (see assembly video) and when its assambled correctly it will be very stable.
Remember, you are more than welcome to contact us by email or phone - that way we can help you with the assembly issues and other questions.
You are off cause more than welcome to return your order if it doesn't meet your expectations.

Like the product, but ideally would like instructions or at least a QR link to a video tutorial for installation. Delivery was also poor - expensive, and GLS delivered to a shop 20 mins away instead of to my address - not ideal for such a heavy product.

Some screws where missing and needed another parcel. Set up instructions were really unhelpful.
The rack itself once it's finally set up is nice. But the price and the building experience make it less loveable.
