Website easy to navigate. Delivery notification accurate.
Prompt delivery. Very pleased with the product . However delivery company did not give me chance to ask if they would put package in the garage. It was too heavy for me to lift on my own so had to wait till I could find someone to help. I did find someone but the package was left by the front door until evening. Thankfully the area is fairly quiet but I was nervous that it might get stolen.

Returning the radiator was a veryâŠ
Returning the radiator was a very unpleasant experience. It took multiple emails, phone calls, and three live chats just to arrange collection of the item. Despite repeated reassurances that everything had been put in place, no explanation was ever provided as to why the radiator was not being collected. The whole process was unnecessarily time-consuming and frustrating.

Faulty towel radiator heating element
Reina Weekly Thermostatic Heating Element - Chrome
This product is faulty. The digital display does not fit completely onto the heating element in the radiator. Both my plumber and electrician have taken a look and agree the product is faulty. I have tried to get the digital display to fit onto the heating element but measuring both parts with vernier calipers, it is clear that they will never fit.
Very disappointed to have been supplied faulty part for £90 that will cost me even more in draining the system, and wiring in a new heating element.
