Fantastic radiator! Good price and excellent energy efficiency (I bought the vertical slatted anthracite plug in electric) wifi was a bit fiddly but after 15 minutes it was all sorted! My friend who fitted it for me has also bought one too! Would definitely use this company again.

Spent £800 on two radiators and was supposed to receive two free valves as part of an offer. Iâve had to chase this multiple times and Iâm still waiting for a call back.
The customer service from the call centre was very poor â the staff I spoke to seemed completely uninterested in resolving the issue. In the end I had to buy the valves elsewhere.

Whist I was happy with the productâŠ
Whilst I was happy with the product the customer service is very poor. I spent over £3000 with this company. When I unpacked the pallet I realised I had over ordered 2 radiators. I was told that they would not take them back as I had had the items for over two weeks. I had them for about 4 weeks before noticing my mistake. I emailed asking if they would accept the return. My email was ignored.

Under UK consumer regulations, customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving their order, followed by a further 14 days to send the items back once the return has been agreed. In your case, the request was made around four weeks after delivery, which unfortunately falls outside this statutory return period. Because of this, we were unable to approve the return on that occasion.
That said, we completely understand how easy it is to accidentally over-order during a larger project, and weâre sorry for any inconvenience this situation caused. We also apologise if your email felt overlooked â that is certainly not the level of communication we aim to provide.

Ordered 3 radiators on Wednesday25th February with the advert stating next day delivery if ordered by 12pm.
So assuming since it was ordered before 12pm on Thursday 26th delivery should be Friday 27th, but no and not even delivered on the Saturday 28th, So despite their promise and having arranged for an electrician to come wire in the radiators nothing arrived , total joke and waste of time , A full refund has been requested

I dont even know where to begin. I ordered 9 radiators through the company to supply to my client of a whole new radiator kit for their lodge and it was awful from the get go. They're saying they're 'testing' them, but is that any excuse for a 5 months wait time for an update? Ive emailed multiple times and called and I still get no update.
The radiators were hung for 1 months and my clients been out of pocket since July. I would NEVER recommend this company.
I will be pursuing into higher authority to try and gain any sort of money back as this has been appalling.
Think twice before using these guys.

The radiator I received is faulty and the seller refuses to accept any responsibility for it. I'm now left with a non-functioning radiator which I will have to replace.
The quality of the post sale customer service is also very poor.
